For the next two days, Grace didn't go to school. She stayed inside all day long. Her mother and stepfather were on a trip to Mexico. She didn't know why and she didn't think to care.

Ryan stayed with her for both days.  He never left her side. They watched movies, ate every last bit of food in the house. Ryan brought over his guitar and played for her.

The thing that Grace loved most, was that they made a beg in the living room out of sheets and pillows. For the last two nights, Ryan would sing to her until she fell asleep. She loved every minute of it, because it was the most she'd ever been loved.

Grace woke up wrapped in the sheets. Her eyes were barely opened. She sat up and soon heard the familiar sound of Ryan. She smiled and followed the sound. She followed it up to the empty room in the house. She stood in the doorway.

Ryan was staring outside the window. It was mid afternoon and kinda pale indigo outside. Ryan wasn't speaking. He was singing. Grace listens to every words.

"You could love me if I knew how to lie
But who could love me?
I am out of my mind"

She listened to every word before pushing the door slightly. The old door made a squeaky sound. Ryan turned around quickly, but was relieved when it was only the girl he loved.

No one spoke for a minute or two before Grace spoke up. "I love you." She said her voice timid and shy.

Grace was shocked at what she just said. She had known the boy for a week, but knew she loved him. The words rolled off her tongue like they were ment for Ryan and Ryan only.

Ryan was so surprised by this. He wasn't upset. If anything, he was relieved that this wasn't a one side relationship. He tried to hold in his smile, but couldn't do it. He stood up and approached the girl.

Grace looked up as he grasped her arms. Everything was perfect. She closed her eyes and Ryan almost laughed at how cute she was being. He leaned in quickly, not wanting to waste any time. There lips tangled and everything was perfect.

Grace ended the kiss early. She had never felt this way about anyone. No one had ever gotten close enough for her to love. She thought long and hard about this.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Ryan noticed something was wrong. He didn't see the smile that Grace had when something good happened.

"No, uh, it's nothing." Grace stuttered out those words like it was poison. She didn't want to ruin this moment with tears.

"No, seriously Grace. Tell me." Ryan demanded an explanation as to why she was upset.

"I've never loved anyone, but I love you." She said with the most confusion in her voice. Never did Grace Lavender think she would fall for someone. Especially not someone like Ryan Ross.

"What's so bad about loving me?" Ryan was a little hurt by what she had said. He didn't know how to take it. Grace didn't mean to hurt him. Her words just came out that way.

"There is nothing wrong with you, but with me. Ryan I don't want to hurt you, but I can't love you." Tears began streaming from her eyes.

"Why can't you love me?" Ryan was starting to question how he could fall in love with a girl who didn't even want to love him.

"Because you'll just leave me like everyone else!" Grace hated admitting that she was truly alone in life. The past week has been the only time she's felt important or had people talk to her.

"Why would you think I would leave you, Grace? I love you and everything about you. You're beautiful, smart and just overall amazing." Ryan was trying so hard for Grace to believe in how much she loved him.

"Ryan, how could you possibly think that?" Grace didn't believe him at all. Everything anyone had ever said to her was a lie, except for the insults.

"If you don't believe me, then I'll show you how much I love you." Ryan wanted this girl to see how much she ment to him. He knew she wasn't going to believe him so easily, so only one option. Make her. "Give me 24 hours. Then you'll truly know how much I love you!"

Ryan left after that and Grace was left to wonder what he ment. Grace spent the rest of the day in silence. She put on music in the background. She softly sang along to the songs she knew.

Soon, it was night and Grace was asleep. She took her quick shower. In the time she took a shower, she thought about what Ryan had ment. Her heart broke in the shower and she broke down into tears. She sat on the floor and cried about him and about everything.

Everything just sucked for her. She couldn't have one single friend. No one would take her, but Ryan shower her a whole new meaning of happiness. She had finnaly gotten somewhere in life.

But she didn't want to get anywhere, because she was too afraid of everything falling apart again. And she had a fear of falling apart.

Grace thought that she would fall harder and faster. Why did Ryan have to do this to her? Ryan made her feel happy, but what she really wanted was to stay the same so she couldn't go lower.

After her shower, she got out and changed into pajamas. Grace didn't have anything to do, so she watched plain old TV. Well it wasn't plain and old. It was in fact her favorite show. Supernatural.

Grace didn't realize the time and had almost fallen asleep, that is until the door opened. Grace bounced up as the door hit the wall. She saw two people walking towards her. A bag went over her head and Grace struggled to get out of it. She was picked up and thrown over a shoulder.

Grace tried to squirm her way out until she was thrown into a small space and a door shut. She tried to move buy the space was too small. She was locked in a trunk.

Grace stopped moving knowing there was nothing she could do anymore. She tried to keep clam and breath, but that was really had considering there was a bag over her head.

She didn't see the faces, but heard the voices. It was a girl and a guy. She could tell the girl was Laura, but who was the boy?

Across the town, Ryan was locked in his room preparing for Grace. He had written a whole song just for her. He wanted everything ready so he called Spencer, Jon and Brendon. They planned the next day to practice and surprise the girl.

If only Ryan hadn't left. If only Grace hadn't said all those things. Maybe she would have been safe in the arms of the one she loved. Maybe tonight wouldn't have been such a disaster.

Ryan was practicing every little bit for Grace. Little did he know that she was kidnapped. He was so excited and ready to make Grace his. He decided to go to bed so he would be ready tomorrow. He stripped of his clothes and got into bed.

So I didn't get to my target last chapter. How disappointed I must feel. Actually not very. I know this story needs time to grow. Thanks for reading!
