(It was actually supposed to five people left but let's just say beasty had to forfeit cause of some 'issues'.)

"Well would you look at that? It's the latest battle between the sexes now as two females and two males qualify into the semi finals!"

"That girl with the laser beams! I'm definitely sending an application towards her. Did you see that? Flying and shooting lasers out of her eyes and palms?! Her parents must be so powerful!" A hero commented enthusiastically as he wrote down notes on his notepad. Not only that, she also has super strength and almost bullet proof skin but they don't know that, hehe.

"I agree. It's a shame that tattooed kid is in support, would make a great hero with her quirk and skills! Must have grown up with a veteran in the household."

"Well my secretary is a quirk support scientist, I bet she could take her under her wing! Aizawa was right about that invention, that was so cool!"

"Endeavors kid is pretty strong too."

The silence in the waiting room was very uncomfortable, the tension thick that even bokuto's butt couldn't compare. Y/N was just staring at the two opposites who threw daggers at her s/c face.

And poor Kori was caught in the crossfire, nervously playing with her ponytail.

"Uh...Todoroki Shoto and Bakugou Katsuki right? I'm Vega Koriander but my friends call me Kori or Starfire-

"Shut up you extra."

"Oh hell no." She stood up, forward to the explosive male and grabbing his collar, her face contorting into anger and defensiveness. No one and she meant no one had the right to insult a sweet girl who was just trying to bring down the tension in the room.

"N/N it's okay! It's obvious he's not good at social interactions!" She dismissed it with a reassuring smile on her face.

Bakugou not giving a flying duck 'tsked' under his breathe and pushed her away harshly, plopping back into his seat as she stood there fuming but clenched her fists and went back to her seat, pulling out the gun inside her boots and disassembling it.

She was upset, not that much but still upset. Only eating food and reloading her guns helped to clear her mind.

'How did I get into this situation in the first place? Ah right, Batsy bribed me into a mission, we somehow messed up and now I'm probably 100 years into the future...fucking mint.'

'wonder how he and Al are doing right now...I've probably disappeared for about a month now...' She thought, pulling back the safety as she begun to pull everything apart again.

Kori seeing the calculated look on her face replied, "Don't worry friend, I'm sure we'll get back soon!"

Bakugou and Todoroki both lifted their heads up, thinking 'back soon?' Were they not from here or...did that portal of water have something to do with their enrollment?

"Vega and Todoroki, please come out now into the fighting area," A robotic voice called out, almost drowned out by the murmurs and loudness of the crowd backstage.

"Ah right! Good luck Todoroki-kun!"

"I don't need luck."

"..."

"I hope you break your toes you poes," Y/N clicked her tongue, shoving a bullet inside the magazine very roughly.

Bakugou silently chuckled inside despite not knowing what 'poes' means, maybe this tattoo chick wasn't that bad after all...nah he still had to crush her.

"That goes for you too Dandelion."

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!"

Why...why did I send her off on her own? I thought everything would be okay with Damien and his teammates there, it would have been best if I took over everything. Imagine, sending off a bunch of 16 years olds to capture serial nokillers...stupid of me indeed.

What would Erik say if he was here?

That I turned his daughter into a heartless killer, a machine that justs fires a bullet without seeing the bad guys side of the story too. He would be so disappointed in me, not her. I let her choose that decision knowing well she wanted to follow in her grandma's footsteps, a sniper.

I'm sorry Erik, I'll make sure to find your killer and Y/N.

I swear on my title, I will slaughter any villain involved in her and Damien's disappearance till their blood paints on their walls.

"After an intense battle of darting eyes on the two powerful individuals... Todoroki commences to the next round." Mic announced with a disinterested tone but still preppy, gazing as a half frozen, passed out Starfire is taken away on a stretcher.

Damien himself was gritting his teeth, a very strong glare on the dual boy who was being healed for the steaming burn on his right arm, an angry shade of red covering it. Although she lost, she still gave him a run for his money.

"Wayne-san? Are you okay? You look angry," A ginger commented, brushing her pixie strands out of her eyes.

"Uh...yes, I'm fine Kira."

"You sure? Is that red head your girlfriend? I can distract Hinata-sensei so you can go see her."

"Can you-" He huffed, a flustered feeling overwhelming his cheeks as they bloomed a light red, "Actually yes, that would be great."

"I ship you guys, hope she's okay!"

"There will be a two minute back as the arena gets rebuilt back...SHOTA! Just what are you feeding these kids? These two almost amputated each other's bodies.

You're putting too much pressure on them. It's a battle not a war! They went harder than when we fuc-"

Silence.

Just silence enveloped the whole room as thousands of eyes stared at the two heroes and teachers of U.A. Mic realising he didn't shut off his microphone, covered it with his hand, laughing it off awkwardly as he glared at his companion who had already returned the look.

"If they want to be taken seriously by the spectating heroes then they should show it, simple. And I'm not letting that last comment slide," He blandly said.

"Haha...I'm in danger."

This chapter is rather disappointing. I'm currently going through writer's block but wanted to give you guys somthing for being late to publishing a chapter. Its not that great but it's something to keep yall satisfied for now. Ngl I will be most focused on my other book than this one but I will come back to it once I find the motivation.
