Inferno watches as Kirby, Meta Knight, and Bandana Dee all talk, catch up, and discuss what to do. They seam so close with each other, but Kirby and Bandana Dee are closer than Kirby and Meta Knight. They joke with each other, lightly punch each other's shoulders, playful teasing. True best friends. Inferno wished he had friends that close, but up until now he's kept his friends at a bit of a distance. Trust issues, you could say.
Out the window, the clouds around The Halberd thicken. Kirby and Meta Knight take notice as a few Waddle Doo fall from the clouds and onto the deck of the ship. A single blue eye opens in the clouds above the might battleship, glaring straight into the bridge with anger as the clouds spark and crackle with electric power in a menacing display. Meta Knight and Kirby look at each other as Kirby says "I think Kracko's found Inferno."
Meta Knight agrees, asking "Why is it so determined to fight our new friend?" as Kracko continues to glare straight at Inferno from outside.
Stepping forward, Inferno says "This won't stop until I fight it. Let me fight." determined to end his rivalry with this cloud monster.
Worried about his new buddy, Kirby asks "Are you sure you're ready to do this?"
Inferno nods, answering "This is my fight. I don't have a choice." looking out the window at the eye glaring him down.
The heroes step aside as Meta Knight says "If you think you're ready, go ahead."
Inferno nods his thanks, and leaps out of the window of The Halberd's bridge, landing on the deck surrounded by waddle doo's as the eye of Kracko stairs him down. Inferno looks around himself, then summons two flaming cutter blades into his hands as he says "Time to redeem myself, I won't loose to you again!"
Inferno throws the fiery cutter blades out at the waddle doo around him, and the blades circle around the battlefield cutting and burning away all the waddle doo minions. He catches the blades as Kracko descends from the clouds to face him one on one. Inferno's heart is racing. This is it, his battle of redemption.
Kracko begins the battle with a rain attack, just like last time. Inferno's expecting this attack this time, and is able to dodge it by leaping out of the way. As Inferno lands, Kracko shocks him with an attack of two lightning bolds circling around the cloud monster's spiked body. Inferno throws the flaming cutter blades at the cloud cyclops, successfully doing damage to his opponent. Kracko swoops towards the burning warrior, trying to deal damage with the spikes covering it, but Inferno spready his fire wings and flies into the air as he unleashes a fire breath attack on Kracko. Electricity fills the air as Kracko fires a thick, concentrated beam of lightning at Inferno, and he dodges by a hair. Getting worried, Inferno creates a sword made of fire in his hand and uses another fire breath attack. Kracko gets burned, and responds by swooping threw the air and trying to skewer the burning warrior on a spike. Inferno lets the cloud cyclops get close before striking with the fire sword, letting loose an aggressive slashing combo attack. Kracko gets Inferno to back off by creating electric beams that dance all around the cloud monster, then fights back with a concentrated beam of lightning. Inferno dodges the beam, and is sent crashing to the ground be a second beam. Once Inferno is down, Kracko hovers over the burning warrior and rains on him, weakening Inferno's fire.
Inferno slowly rises back up to his feet, ready for round two. Kracko responds by gathering more clouds to itself to become a larger, more powerful Kracko as the cloud cyclops turns an angry black color.
The massive Kracko flies threw the air in an attempt to skewer Inferno on its spikes, and Inferno is barley able to escape the attack. Inferno responds by taking a deep breath and unleashing a massive wall of fire breath that pushes Kracko back slightly, but only slightly. Kracko fights back, and lightning goes everywhere as Inferno desperately tries to escape the attack but takes some damage. Kracko lets the rain fall and floats across the battlefield, making the ground wet as Inferno flies out of the way. Inferno throws a few flaming cutter blades at Kracko, but the attack doesn't look like it does much. Kracko decides it's time to end this, creating a tornado under itself as it makes little black clouds all over the battlefield. The tornado pulls inferno towards Kracko as the little black clouds fire lightning down at the deck and circle Kracko. The attack does massive damage to Inferno, who is barley managing to stand. The burning warrior agrees it is time to end this, and points his sword towards the sky, summoning his ultimate attack, known as Monster Flame. Using this power causes Inferno's fire crown and flaming wings to burn as bright as a star. A dragon of fire rises behind Inferno, and the serpentine fire dragon glares at Kracko as the cloud cyclops looks on in shock while the power of Monster Flame evaporates all the water on the deck of The Halberd. Inferno points his sword at Kracko, and the fire dragon flies up into the air and charges Kracko, plowing straight threw the cloud monster as it lets out a mighty roar. Defeated, Kracko disappears along with the clouds surrounding The Halberd as Inferno's fire crown and fire wings return to there normal burning glow and the fire dragon disappears with a roar.
Exausted from using such a powerful attack while weakened by water, Inferno drops to his knees and falls to the ground. As the burning warrior lies there, he thinks about the kindness of Kirby and Meta Knight. He realizes he might have gotten picked off by something in the forest, or hunted down by Kracko, if not for Kirby and Meta Knight's quick action and kindness. He is very grateful, and isn't sure how to thank them. The last thing Inferno sees before he blacks out is Kirby, Meta Knight, and Bandana Dee rushing to him.

FanfictionYes, i am writing a Kirby fanfiction using an OC i created. Why, you may ask? Because why the hell not. I do not own any of the characters, except my OC Inferno. I also do not own the art.
