Chapter 5

Since I was on the floor thanks to Sam and Nate I rested my back against the bottom of the couch. We were watching 21 Jump Street and I found it hilarious but I had weak tired laughs since I was fighting the sleep that was taking over me. Around the end of the movie I lost the fight and I knocked out on the floor. All of a sudden I felt a pair of arms pick me up and by the scent of the person I knew it wasn't Nate so the last option was Sam. I was placed on a bed and he kissed me on the forehead before leaving. His lips felt soft against my forehead. I went into a dark sleep for about 2 hours. I couldn't sleep anymore which is odd. I kept tossing and turning until I got frustrated and shot up on the bed. I grabbed my OFWGKTA watermelon socks and put them on. After I finally found my Nike sandals and put those one. I checked the time and it was 4:30 am. I didn't want to go walking alone God know what's out there. I grabbed Nate's red flannel and went to Sam's room. I don't know why but some part of me was telling me that I would enjoy the walk more with Sam. "Sam Sam" I repeatedly whispered shaking him but he wouldn't wake up. I grabbed one of his pillows and started to hit him softly. He wouldn't wake to my soft hits so I hit him hard this time and he woke up. "Danny? What are you doing" he asked with his raspy sexy morning voice. "Waking you up" I said tucking my bottom lip in my mouth. "No shit but why are you waking me up at -" he stopped and checked his phone for the time. "At 4:35 in the morning" he chuckled. "I couldn't sleep so we are going on a walk" I said looking for some shoes for him to wear. I found a pair of red vans and threw them at him. He put them on and threw on a grey hoodie since he was shirtless. He grabbed his phone and that's when I remembered I didn't get mine. He walked to the doorway where I was. "Hey I forgot my phone wait 1 minute" I said quickly and I jogged to my room and grabbed my phone. I was about to jog back to Sam's room when I crashed into him at my doorway. "Let's go" he said taking a hold of my small hand in his large one. We jogged out the house all the way to the corner. When we got to the corner we started walking. "Umm you can let go now" I said pointing to our connected hands. "Oh sorry" he said letting go quickly and rubbing his neck awkwardly. "So how you la so far" I asked casually so he wouldn't feel awkward. "I love it so far plus being here with you makes it 100xs better" he said flashing me with a sincere smile making me smile like an idiot. When we where walking I saw a lizard. I screamed my lungs off. I hated lizard. I'm traumatized. "What's wrong" Sam said holding onto me. "Kill it kill it kill it kill it" I whined pointing to the lizard. "Ok so I won't kill it but I scare it away" he said chasing it away leaving me there. "There he's gone" he said coming back. When he was coming back I noticed how extremely attractive he was. No Danny you can't think like that you'll get him killed.
