I'm having the worst fucking day ever and I get a text from Sasha.

Sasha: Hey! So some of my friends just flew into town and I was wondering if you wanted to go to the club with us tonight?

Me: Sure. But I cant say i'm gonna be in the best mood.

Sasha: That's okay. We're all meeting there at 5 so if you end up not coming just text me.

Me: Okay sounds good. See you later, bye.

Sasha: Okay see you later. Bye!

It's around 3 so I have some time to get ready but i'm bored and it's not like I need the whole two hours to get ready. So I decided to go take out Gram cause why the fuck not so I grab his leash and call him and he comes running and jumping on me. And for all the freaks who love leashes calm down it's for my one year old puppy.

So I take Gram out for an hour and then I come back and get ready, if i'm being honest I really don't want to go out tonight but Sashas one of my closest friends and I don't wanna take back my word so I decide to go anyways. I decide to leave at like 4:45 because the club is like a good 20 minutes away.

So I arrive at Galea and I see that of course Sasha isn't even here yet, she's always late but as she calls it "fashionably late" which is just an excuse but she goes with it. I cant help but wonder who her friends are , are they guys ? Are they girls ? So many questions. The club is pretty packed for it being only 5 o' clock. I pull out my phone and text Sasha.

Me: Hey. I'm here where are you?

Sasha: Hey! Omg sorry fashion emergency! Be there in 20.

Me: Okay see you then.

Before I check her last response I put my phone away and I see Hazel. So I walk up to her and say "Hey" she looks shocked to see me "Zaid? Oh my gosh, i'm so shocked to see you here" she says. I reply with "I know clubbing really isn't my thing. But I thought since Sashas friends are in town and she wanted me to meet them why not." Hazel smiles and says "Okay well i'm glad you came but i'll catch you later, I see a hot girl I wanna make a move on." I laugh and say "Okay Hazel i'll see you later." She walks away and I go to the bar to get a drink and i'm already starting to get bored. This is why I hate clubs there really is nothing to do. Sure dancing and drinking but you can do that anywhere, and it's so overpriced for no reason.

So I get a drink and sit at the bar stool and i'm just scrolling through my phone, and I press instagram and I see that Sasha posted. And as I click on her story the doors to the to the entrance burst open and Sasha and her two friends are walking in laughing and smiling and with the most confidence. And suddenly me and one girl with straight dark brown hair make eye contact and I feel as if my heart is going to jump out of my chest. She's wearing a kind of short navy blue/ black dress and looking at her makes me feel like i'm gonna go into shock.

Then Sasha walks over to me and her two friends are standing by a table and Sasha says "Zaid! I'm so happy you came, I honestly thought that you weren't gonna show." I smile "Yeah I didn't wanna let you down. Also i've been here for like an hour now so.." She laughs "I'm so sorry my friend was having outfit issues so we were helping her." I chuckle "It's okay it was just kind of boring." I look over to her friends and see the other one with curly hair pointing at me it makes me smile to know they're talking about me. I turn to Sasha and ask "What's the girl over there's name? The one you walked in with." She looks at me and says "Um the one with straight hair and the short black dress is Amora and the one with the pink sparkly dress is Davina" I look over again her name is Amora and she's the most beautiful thing i've ever laid my eyes on.

After I talk to Sasha for a bit more she goes up to her friends and walks closer to where I am and I swear I can feel my heart about to fly out my chest. So they walk closer to the table i'm standing by and me and Amora make eye contact and so I smirk at her to try and make a 'move' and she smiles back and blushes. I nearly faint seeing her smile, I don't know what the fuck is going on I don't even know this girl and I am fucking smiling at her smiling what the actual fuck. I'm in shock at what i'm feeling because I don't know what's happening.

While i'm completely zoned out and ordering many different drinks from the bar I hear Sashas friend Davina scream "OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS SONG LETS DANCE" and I see Amora follow them and start dancing and I swear I almost fucking died because she looks so hot dancing with her body moving like that. It sounds like i'm some weirdo stalker but I feel like i'm mesmerized by her and everything she does to the point I can't take my eyes off of her. That is until some girl comes up to me trying to make a move and she's quite annoying but i'm not listening to a word she's saying because every second I turn to Amora and just smile in her direction while watching her.

Then some random ass guy comes up to her and start fucking dancing with her and fucking groping her and I want to go over there and beat his ass but she might think i'm insane. But the more I watch the more I see her getting uncomfortable and when I finally decide to do something is when he's grabbing her arm trying to take her somewhere when she's clearly fucking drunk. So I tell the girl who's annoying the shit out of me "You know what I actually need to go." She scoffs as I walk off but I couldn't care less so I push through all these drunk people dancing and grab Sashas arm off the guy she's dancing with and say "Listen some guy is trying to take Amora to go with him and she's drunk so I need your help to get her" Sasha looks worried and says "Okay oh my gosh start walking and i'll follow I just have to grab Vina." I nod and push through to find her and feel an arm on my back, I almost swing when I realize it's just Sasha.

I finally found her and I feel my fists clench but I walk over start asking the guy why he's touching her and all up on her. And as i'm talking I see her starting to tumble a bit but Sasha and Davina hold her up. So I say to the guy "Okay well you can fuck off now because i'm here with her tonight and your not needed so leave asshole." He almost says something but doesn't and turns away and I wish he did. I know technically i'm not with her cause we haven't even said one word to each other but it's the first thing I could think of. Then I tell Sasha i'll grab her and she lets me and as I grab her I see her eyes struggle to stay open any longer. But I smile softly at her and lift her up and put her over my shoulders and as I do that I hear her mumble something softly to Sasha and Davina behind us.

We arrive to my car and I lay her in the backseat and Sasha offers to drive as a thank you. So I sit in the back with her and Davina sits next to Sasha and they talk for some time. And i'm just looking at her kinda like a creep but again I cannot take my eyes off of her she's so gorgeous it's insane. Then Davina starts to play some music and I look over at the car radio and see the name of the song is 'Dark Red' by Steve Lacy. It's actually a pretty good song and one of the lyrics is "I think of her so much it drives me crazy" and even though I haven't even talked to her I can't help but relate to this song and it's fucking crazy.

We arrive to Sashas house and I bring Amora inside and she's knocked out it's kind of funny. So I bring her to the room and take off her shoes, and don't ask why i'm doing this it just feels like I should. But I leave and let Sasha do the rest, I say goodbye to Davina and she sluggishly says bye. And as i'm walking out Sasha pulls me and says "Hey do you think you can come over early tomorrow Davina wants to go shopping and I don't think that Amora is gonna be too up for it" I nod and say "Yeah of course." She smiles and says "Okay bye Zaid thank you for everything." I smile back and say "Anytime Sasha" we hug and I leave.

As i'm in my car about to drive I can't help but smile at what the events of the horrible day i've had have led to. I also feel excited about seeing her tomorrow and I don't know why but I can't help it.
