Overworking ( Mark x Haechan )

Summary : Mark overworks himself and Haechan takes him on a date to distract him.

To say Mark is a very hardworking person wasn't a secret to anyone in his college. He was good at studying and also participated in many activities in college and also does many different types of part time jobs.

Now even though that was a very fascinating and impressive thing of him but it also worried his friends and boyfriend. He and his boyfriend Haechan are dating for 2 years now, and to say both of them love each other so so so much would be an understatement. They both understand each other, always support each other in every thing they does , trusts each other and many more. Of course they have arguments too but they would short out it soon.

As much as Haechan love Mark, he was also being very worried about Mark, who was constantly overworking himself. But can you blame him though. His parents cut him off from their inheritance after he told his parents that he likes boys and also dating Haechan. So he have to do multiple part time jobs so he can pay his college fees and also his part of the appartment rent ( half of the rent ), in which he was living with Haechan. Haechan told him that he doesn't need to pay the rent as unlike Mark's , Haechan's parents are very supportive and accepted them with open arms and the ammount of allowance they gave Haechan is more than enough to pay the rent but Mark being Mark of course declined. Once Haechan payed the full rent without telling Mark and when Mark get to know it he didn't talked with Haechan for 2 weeks. Only Haechan knows with how much difficulty he convinced Mark to talk with him again.

Call Mark stubborn but he also needs to take responsibility. So what if he is the bottom of their relationship, he is still older than Haechan by 1 whole year.

It was vacation time and Haechan was happy as he thought now he can spend time with his boyfriend and spoil him with love but that's not what happened. Mark was still overworking himself by taking few more part time jobs at college hours as the college was closed for vacations. So Haechan came with a plan and went to Mark's part time jobs when Mark wasn't there. He sought for a weeks leave for Mark (a/n* is that the right word, please let me know if I am wrong 🥺) . Thankfully they all agreed as they also thought that the cute college boy should take some rest. At night that day Mark came home and went to sleep as he was very tired. He didn't have any idea about what Haechan did.

Next day Mark woke up with his head on Haechan's sturdy chest. He looked at Haechan's face and smiled . His boyfriend looked so handsome. He was admiring his boyfriend when realisation hit him and he looked at the clock. It was 9 am which means he was very late. He pulled out from Haechan's arms and sat up freaking out. Which made Haechan awake. He looked at his adorable boyfriend who was panicking. " What happened baby? Why are you panicking ?" Haechan asked in his husky morning voice. "I am late Haechanie, oh god!" Mark said and was about to leave the bed but got pulled by Haechan towards his chest instead. "You are not going to your jobs today" Haechan said caressing Mark's back. "But-" "no buts" Haechan said cutting him off . "I already asked your owners for 1 week leave and they agreed, so you will be resting and spend those days with me" Mark looked at him with surprise. "Why you did that" Mark asked . "Why do you think Mark , you are overworking yourself so much, you don't even spend time with me anymore, do you remember when was the last time we went to hang out together" Haechan said and Mark felt a little bad. "You are not going to work for 1 week and that's it" Haechan said sternly. "Ok" Mark said and was immediately getting cuddled and kissed by Haechan.
