Everyone knows how hardworking person Mark is. Being in multiple units was one of the biggest example. And Mark liked it too as it was a sign that he was doing a great job. But that doesn't mean Mark never felt tired or overworked.

Being a pro idol was really nice and felt like a great job itself but it came with few cons also. One of them being getting overworked. And it seems like Mark's CEO loved making him overworked. And honestly Mark was tired of it physically. He wasn't getting enough sleep which resulted him having dark circles under his eyes, wasn't eating properly because he didn't have much time free between his schedules. He was becoming skinnier day by day. And it worried his bandmates specially Lucas, who was also his boyfriend.

Lucas and Mark are dating since their trainee days. They loved each other so much, finding their safe space in each other. Seeing Mark in this state made Lucas worried so very much and him being in WayV and living in China for most of the time doubled his worries.

Lucas was in Korea for the time being as it was the vacation time for WayV. He was really eager to meet his cute boyfriend. But when he entered the practice room were Mark was supposed to be practice he got very worried. There was Mark, practicing some dance moves, his clothes drenched in sweat. He became skinnier since Lucas last saw him, his dark circles became more darker and it looked like he was going to faint in any moment as he was stumbling a little bit with his step. Lucas was now getting angry. How could his CEO and staffs could still make Mark do his practice when he was in this position. It was heartbreaking.

Mark's dance instructor started to shout at him for his moves and that was when Lucas's anger cross it's tolerance (a/n* 😂 does this line even make sense). He pulled Mark towards himself and glared at the dance instructor who got scared from Lucas's angry gaze alone. He then grabbed Mark's hand and started to walk towards the exit ignoring his dance instructor's shouts. He went to their CEO's office and threatening him to give Mark a break. The other members also gathered there and also agreed with Lucas to give Mark a break of atleast one month. Seeing 22 angry men the CEO finally agreed to give Mark a break.

They were at the dorm right now in Mark's room. Mark was very tired and so Lucas took care of him. He changed his sweaty clothes with the fresh one's, not before taking a warm bath though. He then massaged Mark's whole body gently. Then he went to kitchen and cooked some healthy food for his boyfriend and fed him by himself.

At last he joined Mark in the bed and pulled him towards his chest cuddling him. Mark melted against his body. This is first time in a while he was resting like this and on top of that cuddling with his boyfriend. Lucas was kissing his forehead time to time.

"Thank you" Mark mumbled, his eyes heavy with sleep. "For what baby" Lucas asked pecking Mark's lips. Mark smiled "for convincing our CEO to give me some rest". Lucas smiled at him warmly "you deserved that angel and also I didn't convince him but threatened him sweetheart" Lucas said grinning. Mark giggled at that and kissed Lucas. "Still thank you, if you were not here today maybe I would have been still in the practice room" Mark said. "Anything for you love, now go to sleep, you need it very much baby" Lucas said kissing Mark's forehead one more time. Mark nodded cutely against Lucas's chest and closed his eyes mumbling a "good night Xuxi". Lucas smiled at now sleeping Mark. "Good night angel" Lucas said and joined Mark in the sleep.
