"So, you left with Kenny yesterday. What happened?" Bebe asked as soon as I sat down.

Wendy had decided to sit with Stan and his friends, including Kenny, for today so I was left alone with Ender and Bebe. Which meant that I was getting grilled today. It happened any time they saw me leaving with a guy, which wasn't often, because both of them had boyfriends and Wendy had her eyes on someone. So, the two of them want to get me set up with someone.

"What? Nothing happened, obviously. We worked on our project. Why do you guys think something happened?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. I knew why they thought something happened, I was just feigning ignorance because it was the easiest way to get out of these conversations.

Bebe rolled her eyes at me as I spoke.

"Because he's a flirt and you're both single. You easily could've gotten some yesterday, girl," Ender said. They seemed like they were joking, they likely were, but Bebe nodded and didn't look like she was joking.

"He's always single. Plus, I'm not gonna lose my virginity to someone who has probably fucked, at least, four girls this week," I said as a look of disgust made its way onto my face.

"Well...yeah, that's probably a good idea. Don't wanna get an STD or something," Bebe said. Ender and I nodded in response. "But, seriously, girl. You need to get a guy...or girl. We don't judge."

It was my turn to roll my eyes this time.

"I don't need to. You guys want me to. I've survived this long without a boyfriend or girlfriend. I can survive at least till the end of highschool," I said, inwardly groaning. Bebe rolled her eyes at me.

"But, when you get to college, or out of college, you're gonna have no experience with dating. People might think you're weird," Ender said with a small frown. "I mean, we won't, but others might."

"I'll be fine, guys."

"You wanna come to my house to work again? We can probably get it finished tonight if we try hard enough," I said, glancing at Kenny as we were cleaning up the stuff for our project. He seemed to think about it for a second before nodding. "Cool. My ma isn't gonna be able to drive us today, though. Her boss is being a total dick and won't let anyone leave for their lunches because there's a bunch of people behind apparently. She's not even behind though plus he knows she normally uses this time to take me home. He's an ass."

"It's cool. Can we stop at the other school before going back to your house, though?" He asked. I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Uh...sure? Why?"

"I promised my sister that I would walk her home today," he said. "But, if it's fine with you, it'd be easier to bring her to your house. She could just watch some YouTube on my phone while we work."

"Oh...I didn't know you have a sister," I said, a bit of surprise running across my face. "But, yeah, of course, it's fine."

When the bell rang, we walked out the front doors and started walking in the opposite direction of my house, down towards the other school. It'd be letting out in a few minutes so she'd probably get out of school before we got there.

I jumped as an arm slipped around my shoulders. I looked to my right to see Wendy walking beside me with Bebe and Ender not far behind.

"Oh, hey guys. Forgot that ya'll walk this way," I said, giving them a smile. Kenny started walking a bit ahead of us, likely trying to avoid girl talk, so Wendy and I moved so that Bebe and Ender could walk next to us. Sometimes, I wished that I could avoid girl talk. It was all about stupid stuff most of the time. But, lucky for me, we didn't really have much girl talk.
