The thaumaturgy of an age old tale created by the enticing thoughts rambling inside creative minds is still evergreen in the innocent heart of every girl. A tale passed from generations to generations and with the tale the hope of love, the belief in magic and the trust in one's fairy godmother are passed.
It is the age old yet ageless tale of Cinderella that makes every girl dream and hope for finding her Prince Charming someday.
But what would happen if the tale was caressed with the soft magical strokes of poetry?
I pondered a lot looking for the answer and ended up writing the tale. But this time in a poetic manner.
'Rewinding the Stroke of Midnight' is a small piece of poetry where I rewinded this classic tale of Cinderella and filled it with not what it is but what it could be.....
On the first stroke of midnight, will Ella find love? Or will it be a discovery for someone else?
