This one is for BiggestNiallanator69. Thank you for the message and the lovely comments :) Hope you enjoy it!! It isn't sad, like you requested :) It is in Niall's POV! -S

~Niall~

She had been walking around the corner and I was rushing to get to the stage and happened to have a hot coffee in my hand. When we both rounded the bend, I tried to slow myself down in fear of hurting her, but I was running too fast. I ended up squeezing the styrofoam cup and making it go all over her. Luckily it wasn't too hot of coffee.

She gasped in shock and was taking in short, quick breathes. "Oh, shit. I'm so sorry! Oh my God," I searched around for a napkin or something and found a towel. "Here, take this. Oh my God, I'm so sorry! What's your name?" I ask when she took the towel and was drying off her exposed chest.

"Excuse me, but why were you in such a rush?" She asked. She really is beautiful. She has bright blue eyes, almost exactly like mine. She had a beanie hat on, but the hair that was showing was a reddish color, like it had been dyed, like me.

"Oh, um. I need to get back there." I said pointing to the double doors that were closed because I was late and they had to close them after a certain time.

She looked at the doors and then looked back at me. Her eyes opened wide. "Oh, Niall. I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to who you were. I was just so caught up in the moment of getting drenched in coffee. I'm sorry. Here, I'll open the doors for you."

"No, you shouldn't have to apologize. It's my fault for wanting coffee. If I hadn't gone to get it, then I wouldn't be late and i wouldn't have ruined your pretty dress." I said, taking another towel and wiping off the coffee from her dripping hair which will be sticky for the rest of the day unless she goes home to shower.

"It's okay. Honestly, it's just coffee. It's happened before. Here you go." She said as she opened the door with the lock code and stepped aside so I could go through. I nodded in thanks.

"How can I make it up to you?" I ask.

"I think coffee is out of the question." She joked and I laughed. Her eyes lit up beautifully when she laughed along. "Hmm, would you want to go to the park tomorrow night? Just to walk around. I like to go there sometimes and just watch all the people and see what makes them happy in their life. Plus I like to walk in the winter." She smiled. I nodded.

"Yeah, that sounds lovely." I took out my phone. "Can you call your phone just so I have your number and you can call or text me tomorrow to tell me the details?" She nodded.

    "Yea, sure. Thanks." She smiled.

"It's the least I could do for ruining a girl's dress, especially one as pretty as you." I smiled at her.

    "Brianna." She said.

    "Pardon?" I asked.

She chuckled. "My name. That's my name."

"Brianna." I repeated and she giggled. "It suites you." He smiled.

"Niall! Where have you been? Honestly man." I heard one of the guys yell for me. It sounded like Louis, but I couldn't tell, he was too far off. Or maybe I was too far off by staring at Brianna's eyes. It is so weird yet so amazing that our eyes are the same color.

"I gotta go. Call me sometime. Or text." I said, and reluctantly walked through the double doors. I heard them close behind me and let out a happy sigh.

Brianna texted me last night to tell me the address and the time to be there. It was the local park. She had also said to dress for the weather. It was supposed to snow, so I dug out my scarves, mittens and hats to see which ones would look best on this 'date'.

I pick out some plain gray mittens and a matching scarf, not worrying about a hate and decide to go with earmuffs. I felt like it would be okay as long as I had my felt coat.

I decided that it was time to leave. It was starting to get dark and it was beautiful outside. The snow was falling slightly, and it was the perfect shade in the sky for a nice walk in the park. She really did pick a nice night to go walking.

I started to walk and I was getting so happy and excited to finally be able to talk to her in person. The rest of yesterday and all day today I hadn't seen her at the studio. I was disappointed and I even made sure that I was late again so that maybe I could run into her again. But that didn't happen.

I arrived at the park, but I didn't see Brianna anywhere. I did see other people, though, despite the time of day and the weather. There were kids with their grandparents, some with what looked like their parents. There were some young couples, some older. A few dogs could be heard barking and everyone's breathe was visible in the chilly air. Brianna was right. It is nice to be able to look at how much people enjoy their life. It makes you enjoy yours just a little bit more because those people are probably worse off than you and they find themselves perfectly happy doing what they do.

I go to sit on a bench, but get up right away when I notice how cold metal and snow feels. I wipe the snow off of my butt and legs as best as I can and look up when I hear cruching of snow beneath feet getting closer to me. There she is. Brianna.

"Hey!" She cheers, making her breathe go out in front of her. It was rather cold, but bearable. She is holding two cups and the steam was coming off of them, meaning that she had hot drinks.

"What's this?" I ask as she hands me one of the cups.

"It's not coffee," She smirks. "It's hot chocolate. I decided I would give you another chance with hot beverages." She smiled and I chuckled at her.

"Thank you. And sorry again." I smile at her, taking a sip.

"Niall, it's fine. It really is." She reassured.

We walked for a while, talking about everything and nothing. Things like how she got to work in the studio, how I liked being famous so far and what her plans are for the future.

By the time we went all the way through the park and around again to the entrance, we had finished our hot chocolate and ran out of things to say. But it was still nice to just walk in silence enjoying the cool refreshing air and being with her. She is really lovely.

"Thank you for coming out here with me Niall." She said once we threw out our rubbish in the bins.

"You're welcome. Like I said it is the least I can do. Maybe I can make it up to you again."

"Do you mean to tell me that you are planning on spilling something else on me? Because if you are, then please warn me so I will have a change of clothes with me." She joked again.

"No, I'm just saying that maybe we can do this again. I don't want this to be a one time thing. I want to see you again. Possibly make it something more." I asked and if my cheeks weren't already red from the cold air, then they would have turned bright red right there. I just admitted that I wanted to see her as more than a friend.

"Yea, I'd like that a lot." She smiled up at me.

I smiled at her. To think, whatever we get out of this, whether it is just friends, being in a relationship, marriage.. who knows, whatever it is, we owe it all to coffee.

Is that too cheesy at the end?? I don't know. Anyways, here you go. I hope you enjoy it! I had other ideas that I was going to put in here, but then it wouldn't be a one shot.. I might be able to make a sequel out of this, but only if people demand it (more than just one too!). Thank you for reading and both J and I are doing these so if you want a one shot or an imagine, message us/comment your name, which boy you would like, a little description of yourself if you want us to describe you in it, and who you want it to be written by. We need these pieces to make it!!! Thank you all for everything! We wouldn't have had the motivation with out you all. Love. -S
