Chapter 22 The Explanation

Seriously, of all the things he could have said, he only says "we need to talk."

I'm not dealing with this right now. I should have known that our feelings for each other would have changed after he left for California.

I set my phone down and went into the guest bedroom and sunk into the bed. I snuggled into the pillow trying to get that stupid picture of Nash out of my head.

"I don't know what to do." You murmured to yourself.

"I know what you should, you should talk to him." A voice said from my door way. I jumped not thinking anybody was home. It was Hayes.

"What are you doing here?"I questioned.

"I came for the party and then I saw you with Aaron walking away all sad, so then I checked where Nash was and he was being yelled at by Taylor. I know what he did was wrong but at least talk to him." Hayes explained.

"Ugh I don't know. If he cared about me than why did he do that?" I asked.

"Who knows, but if you talk to him than maybe he will tell you." He said.

I huffed and got my phone and texted Nash stating that we will talk when he gets home.

After that I talked with Hayes for awhile till I got tired and Hayes had to leave for his hotel.

Nash didn't come home that night or the next few days. I was getting worried but then I assumed he was at that girls house.

I was watching tv until I heard the front door open then close. I assumed it was Nash because Cam was in his room making a video.

"Want to talk now." Nash asked as he sat on the other couch.

"We eventually have to. So explain." I spoke.

He sighed and combed his fingers through his hair. "There isn't much to say, I'm going to be straight forward and say that I did have sex with her and that she is..." he stopped talking for a moment and took a big breath. "and she is my girlfriend."

I was speechless. "B-But the video does that not mean anything to you." I said because that video means so much to me but I'm not so sure anymore.

"I made that a few months ago and then I never uploaded it. I met Cara a few days after I made the video and then we just hit it off. I uploaded the video because I wanted you to know that I still cared about you...but it's not the same." He confessed. "A-And there's more." He said stuttering.

What could possibly be more worse than what I just experienced.

"A few nights after the party she was nonstop throwing up so I think C-Cara is... um pregnant." He said with his face in his hands.

Yep, there it is. I just got shot in the heart. but I have to be positive. "Well um congratulations, I know you will be a good father." I said without a stutter. I got up and went to my room and got my suitcase.

"W-What are you doing." He questioned.

"Nash I have to go home. This isn't my home, home is across the country where I help Skylynn draw animals and play video games with Hayes. But for you this is your home, where you have all the guys and your girlfriend and most importantly the baby." I explained as I packed all my clothes into my suitcase.

"B-But..." Nash stuttered.

"Nash go get some sleep you've had a long day." I said not having the courage to look him in the eye.

I heard feet shuffling down the hall.

"What have I done..." I said as tears came down my face.
