Tenko: I wanna be a hero!
Kotoro: No! Heroes kill villains! They're no better than them! But don't become a villain either,they abandoned their families. Heroes and villains are suicidal maniacs,just use your life to do something better,like science.
*He repeatedly hurts/beats Tenko from his overall worry that he'll be a hero*

Tenko: *hears crying and opens the door* Hana-chan?
Hana: *crying* Nana was a villain! Look in Dad's office!
Tenko: *runs there and sees the photo of Nana Shimura and just stands there,shocked*
Kotoro: *finds Hana* Hana,what's wrong?!
Hana: *not wanting to get in trouble* Tenko showed me the photo of grandma in your basement! She's a villain!
Kotoro: *runs to his office* TENKO,HOW DARE YOU LOOK AROUND MY OFFICE! YES,YOUR GRANDMA IS A VILLAIN SO WHAT? YOU SHOULDN'T WANT TO BE A HERO! *Beats Tenko,really bad*
Tenko: *crying* IT WAS HANA! She told me to look here!
Kotoro: huh..?
Tenko: Go away,disappear,I hate you,I hate you all,everyone in this house should be dead! *touches the ground and it starts spreading decay through everything*
Hana: *walks in* Dad,it was actually me who found the picture. I'm sorry,Tenko,I shouldn't have lied about you like that. *eyes widen as she sees the decay kill her Dad and it reaches her*
*The decay spreads through the whole house and kills everyone. Tenko gets left on the streets and ignored until the number 1 hero,All for One,finds him and saves him. Tenko is given the hands of his dead family,including Nana,as a control,when he has them on he can control his quirk better. He is given the name Tomura to remind him of his grief so he doesn't do anything that bad again and is called Shigaraki as it's All for One's last name and he's been adopted. He is limited to what he touches but when he has the hands he can turn his quirk on and off,he even developed one super move that he can use to decay the energy in cells to put someone to sleep without killing them,he doesn't need his hands to do it after years of training.*

A random doctor: Sorry,kid,you're quirkless.
Izuku: *drops his toy* But...but..All for One can give me one,right?!
Random doctor: No..All for One using his quirk is highly regulated by the government. Most of his quirks were given to him to protect people from members of the public so he can't betray their trust by giving away their quirks.
*Over the years the idea that All for One is selfish and not giving quirkless people a chance drives him insane and Izuku ends up running away,with hatred in his eyes,eventually running into a man with yellow hair and sunken eyes*
All Might: What the hell,kid?!
Izuku: *kicks All Might in the nuts* I'll have to kill you now,I can't have anyone telling my mom where I am,I'm going to make a world fair for the quirkless.
All Might: *buffs up* Then,join me *buffs down and coughs blood* All for One did this to me,he's the one who won't give the quirkless quirks and we must kill him!
*Izuku joins All Might where he meets Hawks and Recovery girl,Recovery girl had barely kept All Might alive and most of the time All Might needs to be stabilised.*
