Nighteye: Two very useful assets *goes behind Tsu* What at first looks like an innocent little girl hides a monster who's the number 1 suspect in a police investigation of a bunch of string murders. *walks behind Shoto* and this boy hasn't done anything flashy and due to his split personalities isn't 100% reliable but the one who stands before you now is completely devoted to the hero killer's ideals of what heroes should be.*steps back*
Izuku: *brings out his notebook* Names?
Tsu: Tsuyu Asui but you can call me Tsu.
Shoto: Call me Bōka
Izuku: *writing down* Real name?
Shoto: Why are you asking?
Izuku: Information.
Shoto: Ugh..I'm not telling you. It's not important for strategising,you'll know in time.
Izuku: *furrows eyebrows* Quirks?
Shoto: fire creation and slightly manipulation from my left side.
Tsu: I'm a frog mutant! Kero
Izuku: *points pen at Shoto* Right side?
Shoto: Other personality,I can't use it
Izuku: Ugh! And why are you joining us?
Tsu: I enjoy killing! Using my full quirk all I want and watching life drain from people's eyes! I'd love to do it to Eraserhead! Killed by his own ideals,hahahaha!
Shoto: That's my secret.
Izuku: *stands up* A crazy girl and a disrespectful over confident bastard. *sparks up his quirk* GET OUT OF MY SIGHT! *pulls his arm back and makes a fist*
Shoto: *ignites fire on his arm and throws his arm forward*
Tsu: *gets her tongue ready to strangle Izuku and throws it forward*
Hawks: *uses his feathers to pull everyone apart* Midoriya..calm down,the hero killer gave us a wave of recognition and we should use that to our advantage
Izuku: ..Yeah.. *walks out*
Tsu: Jeez,I thought I'd die
Hawks: Hm,he recognises that's a bad idea,that's why he left,to calm down
Tsu: So,are we in?
Hawks: *smiles* We'll get back to you.

On their way out,a familiar face greats them

Woman: *knocks him out again,with her water tail* Yeah and it was you! Stop being annoying *turns her water back to legs and carries him off*
At the mall:
Everyone splits up to get stuff
Tomura: Ok,I've got everything I need *just kinda wonders around*
Izuku: *spots him and walks up to him* Is that Tomura Shigaraki?!
Tomura: uh- yes!
Izuku: *grabs him around the neck* I'm a big fan,I believe we've met once
Tomura: Uh- oh..you! *terrified*
Izuku: yeah,your dad really pisses me off. I'd love to kill you,not like you could touch me before I do and I could reach so maybe people here before the heroes arrive
Tomura: w..why?!
Izuku: I was born quirkless and it annoys me that he doesn't give people his quirks! It's so selfish! If I could take his quirk,I'd do so much better!
Tomura: I..I..you don't have to! Uh- you aren't heroes so the government can't stop you giving quirks,uh-,it's not illegal and you're villains anyway so- uh,uh,uh,with trigger you could maybe copy and give your quirk or take quirks,no n-need to kill my dad! *panicking*
Izuku: *eyes seem to shine as he slowly smiles* You're right! Thank you.
Tomura: uh-
Curious: *walks over* uh,you guys ok?
Izuku: Yep *puts up his arms* just meeting an old friend *walks into the crowd* watch out,Tomura Shigaraki,when next we meet,I'll probably have to fight you to the death *vanishes into the crowd*
Tomura and Curious tell the heroes but they can't find Izuku
All for One: Are you ok,Tomura?
Tomura: Yeah,he did say something weird though
All for One: What?
Tomura: he said his master gave him his quirk and I kinda panicked and said he doesn't have to kill you,he could just gain your quirk by using trigger to fix the problems he had and he believed me so I don't think he was lying
All for One: So,he is the ninth user,meaning the eighth is probably alive..

All for One: Tomura's asleep.
The Doctor: Good,now what's up?
All for One: As I suspected,One for All is alive,in the ninth and probably eighth users.
The Doctor: Oh dear,you've still not fully recovered from the last battle,especially since your rest day this month was a day late and you strained your quirks a bunch.
All for One: Yeah..that's what I want to talk about.
The Doctor: Hm?
All for One: I need you to clone every quirk I have and give me the clone. Then I want you to take my original quirks and prepare a surgery to make Tomura's body ready.
The Doctor: Don't tell me-
All for One: I could very well die,especially since they somehow have beyond advanced technology. He will be my successor.
The Doctor: Could I at least test it?!
All for One: I know you think he's too young or too dedicated to me right now. I'll allow you to test it but you have to tell the student,however I must insist he will be my successor! *walks off,to go to bed*
