Under the Iceberg

Mr. Marsh, without saying a word, walks into the class holding a bag. He sets the bag down on his desk, looks around the room, smiles and walks out without saying a word. Gemma Malkovich is the first to notice that the bag is moving. She turns around to her closest friend of 5 years, Eden McCormick, to make sure that she is not crazy.

"Is that bag moving or is it just me?" she asks.

Eden turns around to see a big black duffle bag with "Weblux" printed in white letters on the side of it.

Catching the attention of everyone else in the class, Derick Taylor asks, "When did that get there?". Gemma rolled her eyes in annoyance. She had wished to keep the mystery bag a secret until she could figure out why it was there herself.

*Derick Taylor was known for always saying what was on his mind, which was quite annoying at times. Him and Gemma never got along because of their contrasting personalities*

Now the class's attention was immediately striped from their computer work on onto the continuously moving bag. Gemma takes control, as always, and suggests that no one touches the bag until we are clear as to what is in it.

Derick stands up from his desk, goes over to the bag located on the floor in the corner of the room now (as it has fell due to the strange object inside of it moving) and picks up the bag. The whole class, except for Gemma and Eden, screams in fear not knowing what Derick was about to do with the bag but most importantly, not knowing what Gemma was going to do to Derick after bluntly disrespecting her request.
