↳Who Gave them their name?
His breeder actually gave him, his name. His entire litter was dubbed the "avatar litter," and his chosen name the day of his birth was "Iroh." Luckily his owner kept the name he had grown accustomed to, and he seemed to live up to his given name. He always has been noted as a rather intellectual figure, but a kind one at that.

↳Name Meaning & Origin
Iroh [ 艾洛 ] means "Chinese mugwort" which is a type of flower used in a form of traditional Chinese medicine called moxibustion, which is not typically used for male names. As for the second character in the name, it roughly translates to the name of a river in China. Iroh was named after "Uncle Iroh" , a man in the series "Avatar the last Airbender."

Iroh loves his name. He finds it to be both powerful and unique, as he's never met another animal with the same name as he . It gives him a sense of pride knowing he has a name not commonly used by other dogs or other people . It in a way self assures himself of his identity and place in life .
