--1950's POV--

John de Ocampo is busy serving people in De Ocampo's Cafe, home of the Finest Coffees in 1950 until the Present Day. It was raining at the night of November 12 1950, 1 hour before he can finally rest. He served people the Finest Coffee in the Era, the Personal Blend Coffee, which is a Creamy Coffee with a slight taste of sweet strawberry taste, which is his secret ingredient which passed on to Valeria, his granddaughter

The cafe is about 3/4 full, and people are enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the cafe, as given the War ended 5 years ago, and the Nation hasn't fully recovered yet.

About an hour later, He went to the backroom to rest, until Adrian, Huey, Valeria, Chloe and Jhoana went to the Cafe to have a break from the time travelling adventure

"Hi! Where's John?" Adrian said to Felix, John's Assistant

"Oh well, He is now resting, since this cafe's about to close at 8:00 pm" Felix said to them

John went back to the Cafe Area and said "Oh! You're back! What can I do for you?"

"Ah, a little rest at your place" Valeria said

"Ohh come with me at the backroom" John then went back to the backroom with the gang

They then sat at a dinner section where John started to tell a story "Ahh since you're back, I'll tell you a little story"

"It was back in 1925 I first lived in this place, with my parents. Then in 1941 we planned to make our home into a cafe, well I've stumble a man outsife by the name of Huey Cruz." John said "Also is it me or Huey Regalado here is like him"

Huey did chuckle a bit, but John didn't notice

"Then, we heard the sirens from the air raid... Ahh I couldn't forgot that date... Night of January 1st, 1942" John continued

--John's Side, January 1st, 1942--

"Looks like the soldiers are here, sirens are loud and clear" John said to himself "If these aren't gonna turned off... well I may have a bad sleep"

Eventually the siren stopped. He looked outside and the soliders are now marching at a perpendicular street about 50 meters away.

He then walked silently in the night to look where they are marching, and he went behind a garbage can which is beside a concrete wall. He looked under the garbage can and they have vehicles such as tanks, and then he accidentaly hit his head under the garbage can. It looks like a soldier stopped marching. Maybe he found him. His heart pounding so fast that he couldn't move, he heard a soldier chambered a round, but another soldier told him that it was just a garbage can, and it was maybe a rat... then the soldier walked away.

John then ran back to his home, unnoticed and then went to bed. But he cannot sleep at that time because of that particular incident.
