Jungkook's Pov

It's been six years since me and Tae got married and everything is gre-

"JEON JUNGKOOK!" Uh oh, I take it back.

"Yes, love?" I say nervously.

"Mind telling me why our daughter said she's excited to go to work with you today?" he says mad crossing his arms.

"She has a day off at preschool and you know I can't say no to her," I whine.

He gave me the "are you serious" look and that's when I knew I fucked up.

"You are in a gang? Are you stupid or are you stupid? You are not taking our four-year-old daughter with you where there is nothing but dangerous people! You know I don't even like you going so why would you think I'd be okay with OUR DAUGHTER GOING?!" he yells at me for my stupidity but in my defense, she used the puppy dog eyes and how can I say no when she looks exactly like Tae especially when she does that.

"Baby she'll be fine plus she's not only with me all of the boys are going to be with us at all times you know I wouldn't let anything happen to her and they wouldn't either so I-" I get cut off.

"Daddy! Did papa tell you it's take your daughter to work day!!" Aera yells excited and she gets into Tae's lap.

He hugs her and gives me the "we're not done look".

I gulp not remembering how scary he can be and say, "Come on princess it's time to get ready if you don't want to be late."

"Papa why can't we go too!" Haneul the oldest whines.

"How about this I take Aera today and then you can ask daddy if I can take you and Tae-woo on.... take your sons to work day?" I hope they buy that I don't even know if that exists.

"Yayyyy daddy can we go with papa to work tomorrow?" They run towards Tae.

Tae takes Aera off his lap and bends down and says, "You know you guys have school today and tomorrow, your sister is only going because she doesn't have school."

"But daddy that's not fair!!" Tae-woo whines.

Tae sighs, "Okay this is what's gonna happen Aera is going today and you two will go after school Friday okay?"

"Yayyy thank you, daddy!!" Haneul and Tae-woo scream with excitement.

"Yeah now come on you two need to get ready for school or you'll be late let's go," Tae grabs their hands and pulls them into their room.

'He's such a great dad how did I get so lucky-'

My daughter's voice snaps me out of my thoughts.

"Papa let's go I don't wanna be late!" Aera yells pouting.

"Baby inside voices remember? Now let's go get you ready," I say gently.

As I help my daughter get ready I think of all the things that happened before and after we got married.

Like when he got kidnapped that was awful I still feel guilty for that.

Or the happier memories like when he told me he was pregnant or when I proposed.

But one of my favorite memories is when he told me he found a baby name that he loved, I smile remembering his reasoning for Haneul's name.

"Hey, Jungkook can I talk to you about something?"

"Of course love what's up?"

"I finally thought of a name that I love but I want us both to love it."

"Ohh really? Go ahead tell me"

"Haneul... It means heaven or the sky and I don't know I think I love it because you know this is our rainbow baby and I like to think she's up there in heaven..." Tae looks down clearly emotional talking about our lost baby.

I put my hand under his chin and gently lift his face so he is looking at me, "Baby hey I love it it's beautiful and has a meaningful reason behind it" I smile reassuringly.

"I'm so glad also I was hoping we could name him Jeon Haneul," he says smiling.

I tear up a little, "I would love nothing more thank you baby" I say as I grab him and pull him into a long sweet hug.

I loved that sweet moment between us it's even sweeter because that's the last meaningful conversation we had before we became a family of three and then four and then five.

"JEON TAE-WOO GET BACK HERE!"

"No!"

"YOU HAVE TO WEAR PANTS!"

I laugh as I see my son running away from his father in just his underwear.

"DON'T ENCOURAGE HIM!" he yells at me I try to contain my laugh as I turn around so they can't see me.

I turn my attention back to my daughter to try to calm down, "Princess are you almost ready?"

"I need help I can't tie my shoes!" She whines and pouts.

I chuckle as I sit behind her on the floor, "Remember what I taught you, Over, under, around, and through,
Meet Mr. Bunny Rabbit, pull and through."

"Thank you, Papa!" She giggles as she "helps me" do her other shoe.

"Anything for my princess," I say as I kiss her and help her stand up.

"Let's go check on your daddy and brothers before we go hmm?"

"Otay!" she says as I chuckle at her cuteness.

We walk into the boy's room to see Tae struggling to get Tae-woo to put pants on still and Haneul refuses to brush his teeth. Welp looks like I got to be the bad one.

"Boys! If you don't listen to your dad you will not go with me to work at all!" I raise my voice a little to get their attention.

"But papa that isn't fair!" Haneul whines.

"It is fair all you have to do is listen to your dad is it really that hard?" I say with "the dad look" as Tae calls it.

They mumble and pout but listen. As Tae-woo finally puts on his pants and Haneul brushes his teeth Tae walks over to me and Aera. He picks up Aera as she giggles in his arms and kisses me on the cheek.

"JEON HANEUL DO NOT SPIT ON YOUR BROTHER!" Tae puts Aera down next to me and rushes to grab Haneul.

Yep, this is our crazy family but I wouldn't change it for anything.
