Chapter 11 ~ The afternath

"Wait what promise?"

"That's not important right now. Someone call an ambulance now!" Jin yells but nobody moves, too wrapped up in the situation and in there emotions.

"You guys seriously?" Jin says irritated, as he hurriedly gets out his phone and calls for an ambulance, walking to the other side of the room to answer the operators questions.

"What promise?!" Jungkook asks again his voice is more firm.

Yoongi looks down at Taehyung as if he's asking for permission. All Taehyung can do is give a slight nod.

" I- uh a year ago Tae stayed the night at mine and Jimin's and he woke up from a nightmare screaming. So I told him something about me and he told me about his abuse.

I promised to never let anything like that happen to him again, as long as I'm around and I guess I failed." Yoongi said, with regret written all over his face.

"No it's okay, you didn't break your promise." Taehyung weakly says as he coughs up blood, closes his eyes slightly.

"TAEBEAR STAY AWAKE!" Yoongi says as he lightly slaps Taehyung's cheeks, getting Taehyung to slowly lift his eyelids open again. Jungkook takes Taehyung away from Yoongi's arms.

"We're not done, we'll talk about this later." Jungkook says, glaring at Yoongi while putting eve more pressure on Taehyung's wound, making the younger close his eyes and whimper in pain.

"Baby I- I need you to listen to me o-okay?" Yoongi backs away to let them have a moment together

"B-baby please l-look at me." Jungkooks begs.

Taehyung can't, he's trying so hard but he's so exhausted. He weakly squeezes Jungkook's hand to give a sign he is listening still, and trying to hang in there.

"I-I love you so much. You are going to make it you have to for us okay? I'm s-so sorry for everything that's happened ,but please be s-strong okay please!" Jungkook pleads.

The ambulance finally gets there and takes both Taehyung and Jungkook inside since, they don't want to risk losing Taehyung by making Jungkook remove his hands causing him to bleed out.

Everyone is having trouble believing all of this is real.

Namjoon is stressed talking to the police officers all he wants to do is go check on Tae, but he can't because he is the only one stable enough to talk right now.

Jimin is quietly crying into his hands thinking of his precious soulmate getting shot and physically beaten, it's almost like he can feel the younger's pain.

Yoongi has tears continuously rolling down his face while looking down at his bloody hands. He can't believe the blood is Taehyung's. It makes him feel guilty? It's his fault, but he was only respecting Tae's wishes for him not to tell anyone. Maybe he shouldn't have listened and told the others?

Hobi is nervously biting his nails thinking of all the memories he has of Tae, the good and the bad, almost like he's trying to memorize every last one.
