"Y/n are you okay?" You saw a similar figure pop through the door hiccup? You look down at your feet
"Yeah I'm fine.." You managed to sneak out a quiet reply "Just thinking" you mumbled out you felt hiccup sit next to you on the bed
"Eh.. I'm not much of a talker but I'm a pretty good listener" he looked at you and smiled "if anythings bothering you just let me know" he got up and walked over to toothless
"Uh hey hiccup?" You looked up at him your voice sounded croaky you cleared your throat "You think your friends will like me?" You looked at his expression which was hard to read suddenly his crooked smile spread across his face
"They'll love you I mean Astrid seems fond of you and that says a lot" he sat down and leaned against toothless's stomach "She doesn't trust easily"
"I couldn't really blame her you never know what you'll find out there" he chuckled at what I said
"Well if you want I could tell you about my friends" you nod quickly "well lets start off with the twins ruffnut and tuffnut they like to cause trouble and waste most of their time on loki (god of pranks apparently) and then there is snotlout.."he paused for a moment "he practically falls for anyone as long as their not a nerd he's basically the twins as one person and he's soooo.. 'heroic'" he said sarcastically "and then we have fishlegs me and him are more alike super into dragons and he's quite the smart one so if you have questions I'd say go to him" he smiled "and then Astrid she doesn't trust many people around me it's definitely nice having an overprotective girlfriend" girlfriend? He never mentioned that interesting they do look cute together.. but.. "Y/n?" Your thoughts were interrupted "you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine my thoughts just drifted off and you never mentioned Astrid and you were dating~" You felt slightly hurt while saying that but brushed it off
"Uh- yeah" he laughed and you joined in laughing aswell "anyways you look a bit tired we better get to sleep" he looked down at his dragon who was already asleep
"Yeah I do feel a little tired.." You almost yawned on cue
"Aight night I guess" he smile before getting comfy and closing his eyes
"Night.." smiled warmly and rolled onto your side why do I feel so weird about him having a girlfriend and they look cute but she seemed kind of distant.. maybe she wasn't feeling well? Is she sick? Or is there something else going on..?
