-Obelia's Past-

A long, long time ago..

There was a happy royal family of three, together in the Empire of Obelia..

The first emperor. Age; 45
The empress. Age; 37
The crown prince,. Age; 16

They were known as a happy and a kind royal family, throughout the country.. Though they are a royal family, they act like any normal family to be seen in common life.

"Son, we have a matter to resolve on the South, and me and your father will be staying there for atleast 1 month. You shall stay here and look after the Castle.. Alright?"

"Yes, mother." I said, smiling.
"Good. We will be leaving tomorrow evening. You shall be good, okay?" She said.
"I will, mother." I said, still smiling.
She smiled at me and hugged me until she had to go and help pack their things.

-

-Tomorrow evening-

"We shall be leaving, now." My father said.
"Be good, okay? If you send letters, we'll surely reply and bring back some of your likings and also some souvenirs!~" She said as she smiled sadly.

"Okay. Mother, father, have a safe trip." I said as I bowed at them with a grin.

My parents nodded as they hopped on the carraige, they waved goodbye as they sat down , the carraige started to move as it gets further and further from the castle and into the dark night.

-A week later-

"Your highness, here's your tea. Do enjoy." A maid gave me my tea as she bowed and left.

"Okay, thank you." I nodded as she left.

"Okay, time for some work." I said.

Yes. Work. Whilst my parents aren't here, I am in charge of the castle and the political works. Papers come in and go of the office every day. Until it has been 3 weeks of this cycle.

"You're highness, the Capital should be having a fiesta in a few days. The budget must be atleast xx much." My secretary said.

"Okay, i'll hand you the budget and i'll also assign you to handle this matter." I said looking at him.

"Your Highness, a letter has been sent from Their Majesties to you." He added.

"Ah, then do place it here." I said as I shown a bright expression as my secretary sighed with a smile.

"Yes, Your Highness."
"You may go."
He nodded and head out to handle the matter.

I opened the letter and I read it. My mother wrote it.

Dearest son,
How are you doing? Are you eating, sleeping, and excercising well? We're still here on the South and your father is outside, currently.

I sent this letter to let you know that we are heading home in a week or two.

We can't wait to see you! Be good there, you understand?! We're bringing souvenirs and your favorites as a promise I made before we had left. I repeat, be good. And be sure to eat, sleep, and excercise well. Or else.. you know why, teehee~

We miss you and see you soon dear!~

Emotions filled the quiet office I was in..

Laughing, smiling, crying..

"I can almost hear her voice" I laughed cuz I can imagine her nagging me to eat, sleep, and excercise well.

I miss you both too.. get home fast please..

In the large office there he sat alone.. though the gaurds are watching over the door, there are no maids, no secretary, no one.

I sighed as I spun the my chair and faced the large window which is open.

I peeked through the window to get a bit of photosynthesis even though i'm inside. Just to see the sunny sun from earlier which is now a bit gloomy. The weather must be joining me and my mood here..

I stood from my seat and laid on the sofa beside the window and thiught that my parents will be home in a few days.

Coincidentally, one of the maids knocked on my door and said that I recieved a letter.

"Your highness, a letter has been senr from Their Majesties."

"You may come in." I said.

The maid entered and asked where ti put the letter.

"Ah, then do place it here." I said as I shown a bright expression as the maid sighed with a smile as she put it on my desk.

"Yes, Your Highness."
"You may go."
She nodded and went out of the office.

I stood up from the comfortable sofa and took the letter and of course, I laud back down to the sofa by the window cuz it felt comfortable.

I read the letter which was written by my mother.

It says..

Dearest son,
How are you doing? Are you eating, sleeping, and excercising well? We're still here on the South and your father is outside, currently.

As I finished reading the letter,
