"gott.. damn it, i woke up late again..." Karl said as he stretches out his arm, suddenly, a surge of paralyzing pain hits his left arm which causes him to jerk back in pain

"OH- f-fffuck.." He said as he struggles to move his left arm, "god damnit my lower back!" He shouts as he tries to slowly stand up

"Ughurg.. What a good time to start the day." He stated, sarcastically. as karl ate his granola bar and put on his usual uniform, "shit." karl muttered as he looks at his leaking air conditioner, that was dripping on him, he sighs as he stood up and walked up to his front door. he uncomfortably leaves his apartment as he strolls down to school

After a bit of walking,

"Guten Morgen kurt,"

"Morgen." He greeted the security guard who was usually stationed near the school's gate, he drops off his bag at his locker and make his way towards the tank shed.

A familiar voice greeted him, "guten morgen, thought you were going to be late, again." Merrick said as he drinks out of his canteen.

"You know what happens when you get here late." Karl sighs as he sat besides merrick.

"You look like Shit," marrick exclaimed

"Well i did get a cramp left arm and an old man's back in the morning, not in the mood for any bullshit" karl sighs as he yawns.

"Hm, you sure you can work like usual? I mean, you're the one who does the heavy lifting like literally, you lifted a Panzer II from the rear to look for your wrench but since the match is getting closer, like usual kuromarine crap, They want all tanks in goo- uh.. no. PERFECT shape."

"Na dann.. I'll try my best." Karl said

"5, 4, 3..." Merrick suddenly started counting down.

"W-what are you doing..?"

"Im betting we're gonna get called at any secon-"

"Hey! All of you!" A crewman shouted, cutting off merrick.

"Yup."

The two sighs as they stood up and went straight to work, karl takes a sip of his coffee as he arrived at a Pz. IV G without tracks,

"Ah, guten morgen. commander wants the tank in perfect shape, transmission broke when we drove it in and the turret cant turn at all."

"Alright.." karl said with a sigh

He squatted down and looked at the ruin transmission as he nabbed a spare and tries to take off the old one.

"What did they've done to you?~ haha... Im gonna patch you up real quick, the turret will take a little time though." He jokingly said to himself as he started working on the panzer,

"Oof- ah, sorry i didn't see you-" karl muttered as he felt someone behind him when he stood up, he cut himself off as he looked behind him to see a familiar face.

"I-it's you..."

"A-ah.. i-im just saying hi..."

"Oh.. ok... well uh, sorry for running off yesterday, where are my manners hehe.." karl says as he scratches the back of his head.

"It's alright... So, you're kurt's brother?"

"Well, his little bro. Why?"

"Oh! He loves to talk about you all the time with nishizumi san and erika~"

"Wait- THAT ms. Nishizumi?" Karl said with a suprised face, koume smiles and nods,

"God I'd kick his shins if he tells, THE legendary nishizumi about that time.." karl pouted

"Ah, when you-"

"NONONONO" karl cuts koume off as his face turns bright red,

"Uh- sorry.. also you work with them?" Karl said, referring to maho and erika,

"Well i suppose, im close to them"

"Cool, welp... i GOT to WORK on this- *snap* oh Um Gottes Willen, i broke it," karl sighs as he hold the broken transmission,

"Ah crap i better replace it quickly," he muttered to himself

"Hehe~ okay then.. i have to go, see you around?" Koume said with a smile, karl nods and gave a thumbs up to koume as she walks off,

"Heya karl."

"Oh, kurt." Karl greets his brother

"So, what have you been doing?"

"Well, just doing engineer stuff, sometimes i dont even know what im doing i carry a manual at all times," karl mumbles as he starts following kurt around

The two brothers started talking and joking with eachother like any other day as usual,

"So, you what do you think about her?" Kurt said with a smirk

"Wh- who?"

"That girl you talked to, koume."

"You know her..?" Karl muttered,

"Yup, she's cute right? Hehe"
Kurt chuckles,

"n-no shut the fuck up! How about you and ms. Nishizumi? You talk to her a lot." Karl yelled out to kurt.

"We're just friends alright? Well, yeah, i talk to her a lot.. and yeah, did i ever told you? Maho used to be stone-cold, sometimes her gazes scare me. But after her sister defeated us in the finals, she.. softened up, she now smiles a lot, her smile is sweet.. Heh~" Kurt told him,

suddenly two girls approached them,

"Ah maho, erika. Didn't expect to see you guys here, i thought " Kurt greets them as he nods respectfully

"Kurt... You missed the briefing." Erika said with a disappointed face

"Hm, oh.. you're kurt's younger brother if im correct.." maho said to karl,

"y-yeah, im karl, nice to meet you ms. nishizumi.." karl nervously said as maho nods,

"...So have you gotten the..."

The three started talking to eachother as karl stood there akwardly, unable to join the conversation due to him just being a lousy repairman

"So, we're facing off against the saunders, that means Shermans, everywhere."Kurt muttered,

"We should be able to knock most of them in one shot." maho responded,

"yea-" kurt cuts himself off as he looked besides him to see karl standing akwardly as he's been idle for the duration of their conversation

"Oh, haha.." kurt chuckles, "Im sorry, its hard for you to join and fit into the conversation right?" Kurt said to a confused karl,

"Here are the papers ms. Nishizumi!" Koume suddenly walked up to maho while holding some pile of paper, koume looked to the right to see Kurt and karl, karl waved akwardly as they both stood there while their face slowly turns a bright red,

Kurt snaps his fingers to get his little brother's attention but to no progress really, karl keeps on standing there like a dumbass, well. Desperate times calls for desperate measures

*Poke*

"GOTT MEINE VERDAMMTEN AUGEN" karl said as he bends down in pain

"Stop spacing out then." Kurt sighs,

"o-oh! Sorry for that.. and perfect timing!~ say karl... Im looking for a gunner, so..  would you like to..."

"Yup, sure." Karl cuts koume off, koume instantly got excited as a wide smile formed on her face,

"I'll look forward to it!~" koume said to a flustered karl

A smirk on kurt's face formed as he watched the two of them together

"OH CMON KURT" karl said as he tried to shove kurt away, but the absolute unit didn't budge as kurt laughs at his little brother karl,

"What in the world are they doing..?" Erika sighs as her snd maho looked upon the three of them as maho stood besides her, chuckling at the scene.
