(Y/N) POV
It's been a couple days since Neo woke up.
I've spent every minute by her bedside.
"Really (Y/N), you can go to the dorm and get some sleep, it doesn't affect me at all," Neo says with her beautiful voice.
These past few days I've been helping her get used to talking. She's tried to talk for so long she sometimes can't help but blurt out the things she thinks.
I remember one time when a pretty nurse walked into a room.
"Pretty!" Neo yells as the nurse blushes. She was quick to cover her mouth as the nurse did some checks on her.
Other than the odd awkward moment, it's nice.
I'm not consistently using my semblance on Neo, so we can actually have a conversation without me skipping ahead
Neo will start physical therapy soon. Her body didn't change much from before she got stabbed, but she slept for long enough that her muscles started to shrink.
"Hey (Y/N), can you get some of my plushies?" She asks me
"Ummm," I begin unsure
"I can stay here until you return," Neo's mother says as she walks in.
That's another thing that has changed a lot. Neo's Mother is around almost as often as I am.
I don't know why she left Neo with Roman...I haven't asked her yet...but I plan too.
Kelly is everything I didn't expect. I'd think that Neo's mother was like mine, I thought she abandoned Neo.
But looking at her now, I just can't see her doing that.
I've secretly read her mind a couple times, just to make sure she doesn't have any evil intentions.
But her mind doesn't even have an ounce of evil in it...she really cares about Neo.
"Ok," I mutter
"Cya later," I say to Neo as I leave.
I haven't left Neo since she entered her coma, I'm scared something will happen once I leave.
I head toward a bullhead and take a flight to Beacon
Indigo has kept me in touch with the school.
Lucky for me, Ozpin has allowed me to skip further classes until Neo returns.
I land at Beacon and head to my dorm.
It's lunch so everyone is out of classes and eating.
I enter my dorm room and Indigo is sitting on her bed thinking.
"Hello," I say as I enter...I startled her a little as she jumps.
"(Y/N), you scared me!" She says laughing a little.
"Sorry about that," I say
"What are you here for?" She asks me
"Neo wanted some of her stuffies," I tell her as she nods
"Ok, well, while your here, I should give you two your homework," she says as I grown
"Me and David had to do it as well, so no complaining," she says as she shuts me up.
"Ok," I pout as she flashes me a smile.
"Where's David?" I ask her as her smile disappears
"He is in the infirmary," she says
