During the conversation with Nick Fury, Sam showers you with praise while Bucky keeps his information very precise and detailed. His training still somewhere deep inside his brain, he can't help it. Fury dismisses you but Sam hangs back, discussing the Flag Smasher situation.

"I'll go change so you can have your clothes back." You tell Bucky as you walk out the office.
"You can change in my room. Saves you a trip." His voice is completely emotionless, but his eyes tell a different story.

You bite down on your lip, pondering the invite. But you know a certain god is waiting for you in the kitchen. You both walk into the elevator and you press the button.

"I can't." You shake your head and offer him an apologetic smile. "I made plans with Thor."

Bucky licks his lips threatening, before coughing lightly. "Of course. I should go shower anyway."
You run your hand up his arm, trying your best to be seductive. "Wait for me?"

The soldier eyes you from the side, before smirking. "Don't make me wait too long, doll."

The elevator doors open to the kitchen floor and as you begin to walk out, Bucky lands a loud smack in your ass and winks when you look back on him.
You'd be lying if you said the aggression wasn't enticing. You very nearly forgot about your plans and jumped back on the lift, but the choir of voices coming from the kitchen stopped you.

Thor was already sitting on the kitchen counter, the bar stool looking way too small to hold his weight. He waves his large hand when he sees you, pointing excitedly at the pizza box in front of him.

"Look! One of the new agents bought this for us! He says it's the best one in the city." Thor immediately threw a slice at your hand as you sat down beside him.
"Did he really get that for us or was it for himself and you took it?" You point an accusing finger in his face with a laugh.

"Ah, well, either way! I gave him a couple of Lunarios, it's a very high currency, you know?" The man spoke through the food in his mouth, making you laugh.
"I'm sure it is, Thor."

You ate and talked, Thor filling you in on his most recent interplanetary adventures. His good mood was infectious and soon you found yourself giggling and talking loud, letting loose of your worries for a while.
You catch Tony walking by and shout at him, making him look at you with a raised eyebrow.

"Sorry." You giggle. "Can you please ask the caterers to bring sushi tonight?"
"You're spoiled." Tony points an accusing finger at you. "Lucky for you, I like sushi."

You throw him a kiss and he flips you off, making you and Thor burst into laughter.

"I didn't know you enjoyed the weird raw fish dish, my lady." Thor enquires as he gulps down a large glass of coke.
"I don't." You shrug your shoulders. "Bucky and Sam like it though."
Thor nods his head with a sweet smile. "Always so caring."

You dismiss him with a wave of your hand. You simply knew neither one of the boys would actually ask Tony so why not do it yourself.

"You know, Lady Sif once made Loki eat an entire fish as revenge for a prank he pulled on her." Thor laughs loudly. "I had to intervene, of course, and Loki ended up stabbing me as usual."

You smile as he chuckles again, his mind taking him away to a better time, a better place.

You hold out his hand. "It's okay to miss him."
Thor blinks at you, offering you a genuine smile. "Thank you, Y/N. You're always very kind when I speak of Loki."

"I know the things he did." You tighten your grip on his large hand. "But at the end of the day, he was your brother and I'm sure he loved you."

The blond's eyes fade to a soft shade of blue. "Is it odd that I still believe he'll come back?"
You shake your head firmly, feeling Thor's heartbreak as if it was your own. "Not in the slightest. Loki lives in you and for that reason, he'll never truly disappear."
