ch. 2 « sᴛʀᴀɴɢᴇʀs »

"Were you expecting someone, Y/N?" Kita asked.

"No?" you replied in confusion, "Maybe it's just my manager?"

"It's not your manager, L/N-san," the butler informed.

"One of my models?"

"No, L/N-san," the butler said, "I don't think I've ever seen them before."

"You shouldn't let them in, Y/N," Ushijima suggested, "Who knows what they can do. It's already night anyways."

"I have a gun on me," Daichi said, "If they try anything, I'll just shoot them down."

"Woah woah woah, there's no need to shoot anyone!" You said, "I'll go down."

"You need my gun?" Daichi joked.

"Yeah, I'm not looking forward to jail, Daichi," you laughed and walked out of the room. You followed your butler downstairs to the main door. You slightly moved the long dark blue curtains to get a glimpse of who these people were. You saw 13 people outside, but you freaked out when you saw one had the head of a crow and there was... floating clothes? You were completely confused, you had no memory of ever meeting these people. "Do you know them, L/N-san?" your butler asked. You shook your head, implying you don't know these people. "But!" you said, "I'm intrigued by these 'strangers'..." You knew you didn't recognize any of these people, but a part of you is telling you that you knew them, in a way.

"Should I let them in?" your butler asked, "They said they don't have anywhere to go."

"No, I still have my friend's over," you told, "Could you take the keys to one of my apartments and let them stay there for the night? I'd like to meet them tomorrow."

"As you wish, L/N-san," he replied, walking away from you to get the keys. You walked back into where all your friends were at, and as soon as you entered, Kita ran up to you. "Are you hurt?" he asked, "Did they do something to you?"

"Shin-chan, calm down, I'm completely fine," you told, "See, there are no signs of harm on me!" Kita was one of "mom friends" in your friend circle, and you find how he acts whenever any of you were in trouble kinda cute. "Is Hitoka okay?" you asked, seeing the younger girl in a state where she was constantly mumbling things. Kiyoko assured you that she's fine, she was just worried for you. "Who are they anyways?" Daichi asked.

"I have no idea," you said, shrugging your shoulders.

Another hour passed, and pretty much, most of you were extremely exhausted. Daichi suggested for everyone to get some rest, however it would be impossible to carry everyone to somewhere else more comfortable to rest. Yes, you have maids, but all of them were girls, and they were mostly gentle lambs and can't possibly help carry. You'd be strong enough to drag them one by one, but that would wake them up. "They'll survive a night in here, I mean, most of them are already on couches and sofas," Ushijima said, "I should go home."

"Toshi, it's late," you told, "All of you should stay the night. I'd feel bad if you had to walk or drive at this hour."

"Are you sure Y/N-san?" Yachi asked.

"Of course!" you assured, "I mean, we often had sleepovers during high school days, right?" In the end, they all agreed to stay the night. Daichi, Kita and Ushijima slept in separate rooms, while you decided to share your room with Kiyoko and Yachi to have a girl's night. Throughout the night, you teased Yachi, flustering the poor girl, and also planning Kiyoko's wedding, although it was unlikely for you to plan the actual thing. You also learnt that Yachi has recently came out as bisexual. You were proud of your 'kouhai' for coming out, it sure had taken a lot of courage. Kiyoko explained how Yachi already had someone she had her eyes set on, but the blonde refused to tell nor let Kiyoko tell who was she crushing on.
