It would have been a beautiful morning if Aiden wasn't shouting like a lunatic downstairs.
Sure I was a bit late... okay, super late but I never told him to pick me up this morning, but again, I could have I didn't remember a thing from last night, I had been really drunk. I sincerely hated Peter for throwing the stupid party on a Sunday night.
"Hurry up, butthole!" He yelled from downstairs again.
"Geez, cool your tits Aiden." I shouted as I attempted to pull on my black jeans with shoes on. It was really hard, by the way.
After grabbing my bag, I dashed out of my room before Aiden could holler again.
He was glaring at his watch and as soon as I descended the stairs his glare shifted to me. His piercing green eyes followed me till I reached the bottom of the stairs and I rolled my eyes in exasperation when they didn't relent even when I was an arm's length away from him.
"Oh Aiden your love is overwhelming!" I exclaimed sarcastically, waving my arms around.
"You're late again, sixth time in two weeks." He reminded me, gesturing for me to move.
I made my way towards the door but not before grabbing my sunshades from the couch, the sun was scorching outside.
Aiden opened the door for me and when we got to his Mercedes, he did the same.
"Aren't you a gentleman?" I commented before he could shut the door.
He gave me a sweet smile, "I won't want anything to happen to my baby."
Aiden could be so sweet sometimes, "Oh my god, Aiden that's so sweet of you." I placed my hand on my chest, in an exaggerated gesture.
"I was talking about the car, Dani." He smiled meanly at me.
I frowned at him, wishing to skin him alive for that heart bruise and he cackled wickedly till he got to his seat.
We spent the bulk of our time to school bantering back and forth and making fun of each other. To most people it wasn't really couple-like but just because Aiden and I liked each other (a lot) it didn't mean we were going to lose our brain cells and stare at each other like the last food item in the world.
Once Aiden finally got into the reserved parking spot for him, he turned off the the engine and rotated right enough to see me.
"So, I don't remember getting a morning kiss from you." He licked his lips and leaned in closer.
I smiled at him and leaned into him waiting for his lips to be a centimeter away, as soon as it was, I used a hand to push his face towards the dashboard suddenly. He hit it with a snack and he sprang up to stare at me in shock.
"What the heck?"
I couldn't help myself, I burst out laughing, he looked so incredibly confused... and slightly mad.
"Well, since you really care about your "baby"," I motioned towards the car, "why don't you give her a kiss?" With the last word, I hopped out of the car and cackled my way into the school building.

Truth be told, I was waiting to see the couple that would beat Tatiana and Joey's cuteness. I could practically imagine what their child would look like just by studying them on the cafeteria table. From their quick stealing of glances and blushes whenever they got teased, I just couldn't help myself.
Tatiana hadn't told me whether they were official or not, she was so private when it came to stuff like that. While I was busy telling her that Aiden and I had a full make out session, she would only shrug when I asked her about Joey but I didn't miss the cute little blush that would creep into her cheeks everytime.
Tatiana and Joey were whispering silently to each other, much to the distaste of Mike. Since Aiden and I became an item, he, Mike, Peter and a few other people had migrated towards our table. Aiden was beside me, his thumb rubbing my knuckles (which very much distracted me from my Physics homework).
Aiden leaned into me, his minty breath fanning my ear, it made me shudder lightly and I could swear he was trying to seduce me.
"Is it just me, or is Mike burning holes into Joey's head?" He muttered lightly. It took me a second to process his words but as soon as I did, my head snapped towards Mike. True enough, he was glaring at poor Joey, who was very aware of that fact as well as frightened.
He was paying no attention to Tanner, his friend, beside him who was mindlessly stating how Cheerios should get an award for being marvelous snacks.
I turned back to Aiden whose face was dangerously close to mine, I stumbled on my words slightly, "N-never mind him. He's just a bit j-jelly."
I wanted to facepalm myself. Get it together Dani, he's just a really attractive teenage boy who happens to be your boyfriend and has his lips inches away from yours.
But I didn't get it together, "are you wearing a new cologne? I like this smell. It's woodsy and spicy and a bit citrus-y. Do you think there's or–"
Before I could complete my sentence, Aiden was kissing me, in front of everyone. I wanted to pull away because of my problem with public display of affection and also because my brother was here. But when Aiden wrapped his hands around my waist, I kissed him back wrapping my hands around his neck, so he was closer to me. It was magical and I forgot all about PDA because to me, no one was there.
Aiden pulled away, smiling at me but his face soon turned sour as he pulled a fry from his hair. The whole table was looking at us in amusement and someone was hooting and cheering. Aiden's eyes scanned the table and landed on Tanner who was holding a hand full of fries.
"I didn't want you to get all rated eighteen on us." He stated sweetly.
Aiden looked slightly annoyed but in an amused way. He twisted the cap of his water bottle and before Tanner could register what was going on, he was doused in water, drenching his face and navy blue shirt and not to forget, his fries.
"I'll get you for hurting my fries!" Tanner yelled comically before proceeding to cooing at his fries. Tanner was... weird.
The whole table settled in a buzz again, random conversations taking place but I paid no attention as I rested my head on Aiden's shoulder and he kissed my forehead.
"You're such a dork." I commented scrunching up my face.
"You're dork." He responded flirtatiously.
"Oh my god. I just cringed. You're so corny." I hit my head on his shoulder slightly while he laughed at my horrified tone.
I could actually get used to this.
The End!
That's that, I think. Thanks for reading my short story "Four Guys". I needed this to exercise my writing muscles and here we are. I absolutely love Dani and Aiden. You know they deserve a couple/ship name... Ideas?
Thank you again for reading it was a fun ride and who knows I might probably write about Dani again...?
Okay, bye. Lots of love, Ellie Ken❤️✨🍭
