3 weeks later
Divya got up with a throbbing headache around midday. She had an appointment with her gynecologist later that afternoon. She got up to Arum searching around and making the room a mess looking for files.
Arun slammed the files onto the desk which startled Divya from getting ready for her appointment.
Arun yelled:"Divya, where the hell is the Kapoor's file?"
Divya:"Why are you yelling for fxck sake! Its on the desk to the left."
Arun:"Its not here. Divya the fxck..."
Divya:"Here is the fxcken file. Hmt!"
Arun:"Thank you. Im going to be home late."
Divya:"But you promised to come with me."
Arun:"I know but this is important!"
Divya:"And im not. Thanks you may go. I will take Savar with me."
Arun:"Yeah, ill inform him his probably downstairs."
Divya:"Arun!!"...she yelled
Arun:"What is it?"
Divya:"Its been almost three weeks since Savar joined here and is my bodyguard. He isnt my husband, you are. But after that dinner party and the penthouse you dont seem to be paying attention to me."
Arun:"Im sorry my love. I didn't mean to ignore you or anything its just that this project is my dream..."
Divya:"I have dreams to. You dont see me putting my dreams before you now do you!? And i have a pounding headache but you were stil ranting and shuffling stuff. But it's fine you will learn when im not around."...she said leaving the house in a storm
Arun felt disgustedly bad for making her want attention and making her feel this bad. And above all he couldn't go with her to the appointment.
Arun called Pooja (his assistant)
"Hey Pooja listen real quick im sending you the presentation for the Kapoor Group. Im not coming in today, today is Divya's appointment and I made her upset and i need to be there for her. You will lead the presentation there are note and stuff, im sure you will do fine. If they have questions tell them to come in the day after tomorrow. And one more thing get gifts delivered to my place for Divya. And something for yourself aswell. Thanks Pooja!"
Arun rushed himself to the gynecologist's office. He found Divya sitting in the lobby. He sat himself beside her, she didnt pay attention and didn't notice him sitting by her.
She wore a black knee long skirt with a plain formal white top, her black coat and heels.
Dr.Anjali welcomed them inside.
Dr.Anajli:"Mr & Mrs.Mathur...come in! Have a seat. Nice to have you here aswell."
Divya:"Hi to you to doc!"
Arun:"Thanks!"
Dr.Anajli:"Ahh..is it a fight i smell!"
Arun:"Yea! It was my fault. But anyway carry on with the checkup doc."
Dr.Anjali:"Nothing some make-up sex cant do!"...she chukkled and got Divya seated onto the bed
She applied the cold gel to Divya's belly. She checked for any internal abruption to her tubes or ovary. There wasnt anything as such.
Dr.Anjali have her some meds for her to continue. She asked Arun to excuse them for a bit.
Dr.Anjali:"Does he know as yet?"
Divya:"He would know if he was at home more often."
Dr.Anjali:"Well you know you have to!"
Divya:"I know..for now he needs to make up for what he did."
