Thank You (Chishiya x Niragi)

--Chishiya's pov--

I woke up the next morning, rolled over, and looked at my digital clock on my nightstand. I sighed as it read 9:12 am. I'm sorry what? So early? Oh well. What else is new. I reached over and grabbed my phone to just mess around on. And.. to check messages. I sighed softly once again and threw my phone with force back on my nightstand. Still nothing. It's been so long since I've gotten ANYTHING from him. Does he not care anymore. Heh, to be quite honest with you.. he probably never did. Or else he'd be here. To be honest with you, I'm probably the reason he left. Maybe I'm just- the cause of everything and everyone leaving. I laughed to myself as I tried not to cry over something as stupid as this.

--Author's pov--

While Chishiya sat there grieving over his father and what he believes is his fault and that no one cared bout his wellbeing, there was someone else who might just start caring. Niragi's confused. He doesn't really understand how to feel. He.. hates Chishiya? Yet at the same time he- also- cares? Niragi is just as confused as you are. Until further notice Niragi hates him. Or-- so he thought?

--Niragi's pov--

I awoke the next morning around 10:00 am. Still a little groggy, I got up to use the restroom and splashed cold water on my face. When I was finished I walked over to my wardrobe and got a fresh pair of clothes. After I did, I got ready by brushing my teeth, doing my hair, yeah- you get the idea. I walked out of my bathroom and grabbed my gun off the shelf it was sitting on. Once I did, I walked out of my room and stood in the hallway on my phone for a bit. I looked up from my phone to see Hatter and Aguni come out of the conference room.

They both looked up at me and jerked their heads indicating that I go over. Which I did. "Hm? What?" I said dryly. "Go find Last Boss. I'll go get Chishiya." Hatter said with a stern voice as he walked off. I scoffed and turned around. "Yes sir." Walking around to find Last Boss was always a great pain in the ass. You just never know where the hell he's gonna be. Which it didn't take me long to find him anyway. Yes. I found him sooner than I thought. Shut up and let me over exaggerate.

"Hey!" Last Boss turned around and sighed. "What the hell do you want now?" He laughed. "Well excuse me? If it wasn't for our "OH SO FEARLESS LEADER" then I wouldn't have come to find you. WHICH IN FACT WAS A GREAT PAIN IN THE ASS BY THE WAY." I yelled. Last Boss placed his hands over his ears and scrunched his face from me being loud. He let go when I was done and looked back at me. "What does he want?" I told him to follow me, and so he did.

--Hatter's pov--

As I send Niragi on his little quest, I began walking to Chishiya's dorm. And yes. I know where the executives stay. Once I got there I knocked on his door.

--Chishiya's pov--

Shit. I quickly got up and looked through the peephole. Ugh. Of course. You couldn't have come at a better time? "One sec!" I yelled out to him. I grabbed a hoodie off my bed that I didn't fold and put my shoes on. After that, I opened the door. "Yes?" I said. Hatter looked at me and tilted his head a little. "You along with the rest of the executives are meeting in the conference room. C'mon." I let out a little sigh and nodded. I ran in and grabbed my phone off my nightstand I had left it on earlier and walked back out shutting my door.

We got to the conference room and we all sat down in our seats. Glancing up I saw.. him. Oh lovely. Hatter and Aguni sat down in their seats along with Mira and the rest of them. "So. I have noticed that some traitors have been "getting away" with trying to steal my cards. I say it like that because they didn't get very far because I took care of it right away," he continued. "So, because of that, I would like each and every one of you to be a group of two and go and do these things together."

"Here are your partners." Hatter then began giving everyone their partners. Except—

"Niragi and Chishiya. You two will be partners." ....... Oh, you have got to be fucking kidding me. "WHAT!?" Niragi shouted. "NO WAY IN HELL." Ouch. I mean what can I say? I don't wanna be partners with him either. I'd rather be partners with me myself and I. "Niragi. You're going to have to suck it up. You two are partners and that's final." Hatter says. He went over what we are going to be doing one more time before he walked off, leaving us to figure it out.

Niragi looked at me with a judgmental look in his eyes. I looked away and began walking. He followed not too long after. On our little absolutely silent walk, we got to where we were supposed to be. "For the record. I want absolutely nothing to do with you. Got it? I did not plan this." Niragi said with a tone. I just nodded. "Noted." I let him lead the way as I followed him like a lost puppy not knowing what to do.

—Time skip—

--Niragi's pov--

We walked for a while. Probably about an hour or two before stopping. When we did though, we got rid of traitors as Hatter told us to do. Chishiya used his taser and his stupid ass flame water gun thing. I don't fucking know what it is. Either way we did what we were told. When we were done and decided to take a break, we walked up to the roof and sat down.

"Where in the hell did you get that?" I asked him. Chishiya looked at me with a slight grin. "What? My lit gun?" He smirked. "Haha very funny. But yes." "Hmm. I made it actually." He explained. I felt my eyes widen and nodded. "Huh.. pretty badass if you ask me. But mine is still better. What did you do to make it like that?" I asked him. Chishiya looked away and rolled his eyes at my gun remark. "Well, you would originally put water in it. But I just filled it with gasoline instead and attached a flame shooter to it." He shrugged.

"Woah. That's clever." I said. He nodded. "Well I am pretty clever so I can see why you thought that?" Chishiya stated. We went back and forth for a bit talking about random stuff. I'm gonna be honest— I didn't think I would "get along" with him as well as we are. It's... surprising. And it's all happening so fast.

--Chishiya's pov--

While we talked more, it was actually going okay? It started getting late though so I suggested we start heading back. We collected our things and made sure we had everything before we walked back downstairs. "Thanks, I guess." "For what?" Niragi asked. "Just— I don't know. Get some rest." I told him as I walked back into my room took a shower, and went to sleep.

--Niragi's pov--

...Get— some rest? I honestly couldn't help but smile a little. NOT IN THAT WAY DON'T YOU EVER THINK THAT AGAIN. But still, I can't tell you the last time someone said that to me. I mumbled, even though I already knew he couldn't hear me anymore. "You too..." I walked into my room and closed the door putting my stuff away. I put on comfortable clothes and got comfortable in bed. Wow... Who would've thought? Still don't know how I feel about him though. Just because this one thing happened doesn't mean shit.
