Thank You (Chishiya x Niragi)

--Niragi's pov--

The next morning, I had woken up to get ready for the day. I began by taking a shower and getting changed. I brushed my teeth and did all that good stuff before grabbing my gun and my phone before walking out. While walking down the hall, I looked around in the main room for Chishiya. No sign of him though. I took my phone out to check the time since I haven't done so yet. 10:13 am. Huh, it feels like it's 12 at least. Oh well. I left it alone and put my phone back in my pocket. I started walking up to the roof. I climbed my way up the ladder and got to the top. I arrived at the top and walked over to the edge of the roof. I sat down, letting my feet dangle. Once I sat there for a little while I took my phone out again and texted Chishiya. I knew he was still asleep, but he'll see it when he wakes up. I opened my phone and clicked on his contact.

'hey, whenever you get up you wanna come up to the roof? i'm just chillin' but ya know' (A/N: dry texter i know XD)

After I sent the text, I took my gun out and began shooting traitors. There ain't nothing else better to do so guess what. I am.

--Chishiya's pov--

I woke up the next day and rolled over. I rubbed my eyes to adjust to the light in my room and looked at my phone. 10:49 am. Ugh. Too early. I swiped down to look at my notifications.

I smiled to myself and opened it.

           'hey, whenever you get up you wanna come up to the roof? i'm just chillin' but ya know'

'sorry, i just woke up. but sure, that's fine. now?'

          'thats alright, but good morning lol. whenever you want is fine with me. take your time'

After I sent that message I got up and started getting ready. I honestly just cannot believe we're together. I would never admit it, but I'm starting to think I need Niragi a little bit. He just... makes me... happy? I guess that's the word. I finished getting ready and stuff. I grabbed my phone and made my way up to the roof. I climbed up the ladder and got up to the roof, seeing Niragi already there. He turned around and looked at me from hearing the door open. I watched a smile go across his face.  I couldn't help but blush a little.

"Hey!" He said happily, pulling me closer to himself. I just went along with it. I slowly wrapped my arms around him, still trying to get used to this whole 'cuddling' thing and whatever. But it's alright. Whatever to make him happy. "Hii," I smiled. "How are you?" I asked. Niragi shrugged and looked away, letting me go. "Good good. How about you?" He asked. I shrugged back. "Existing," I said. Niragi rolled his eyes and sat back down on the edge of the roof. I chuckled a little and sat down next to him. We ended up sitting there for hours talking about literally anything. Mainly a little more about ourselves since before... we didn't know much.

After talking about a lot, it was already about 5:47 pm. I know, I told ya'll we were up there forever. I wasn't lying. It was pitch black outside since it was December. And it was freezing. Niragi and I were sitting there freezing. I shivered a little, which caught Niragi's attention. "You okay?" He asked. I nodded. "Yeah. Jus- just cold." I replied shivering again. Niragi sighed and sat me on his lap. He began rubbing my arms gently and quickly trying to warm me up, which was working. I sat there and just let him do it. After he did it for a while, he just let me sit on his lap. I smiled a little and thanked him. Just then, Hatter had come outside and was making an announcement about some kind of celebration he was having since all of us here at the beach has been playing games, earning visas, surviving, etc.

Niragi just shrugged. "Oh well." He laughed. I laughed back and looked around at everyone. A loud whistle went off. Fireworks?  Okay. "WOAH." Niragi squealed. Aww... I laughed at the way he got excited. I watched the fireworks with him. I gently rested my head on his chest, not really knowing what I'd get out of the reaction from him. But... it was a good one. He gently held me in his arms and started playing with my hair. I sighed and relaxed as I closed my eyes, putting my face in the crease of his neck. Slowly but surely, I was out cold in my partner's arms. Watching the fireworks with a real smile on my face.
