Scene 18: Gina and Dawn's conversation about leaving the country.

It was 10 am in the morning. Tulog pa rin sila Stella, Iryna, and Richard. Gising na si Gina. Gina just open her eyes.

In a few minues, nagising si Stella at Iryna. Gina is just looking at them.

Iryna: You're awake. (Iryna looked at Gina)

Stella: Goodmorning, Regina.

Gina: Goodmorning, Mommy.

Iryna: How's your head?

Gina: It's okay now.

Stella: That's good.

In a few minutes, nagising na rin si Mr. Cochrill.

Mr. Cochrill: You're all awake.

Gina: Yeah.

Mr. Cochrill: How's your head?

Gina: It's okay now.

Mr. Cochrill: Good.

In a few seconds, may kumatok.

* knock - knock *

Stella: Come in.

Binuksan ang pintuan si Dawn pala.

Gina: Hi.

Dawn: Hey. Who are these people?

Gina: Oh. This is Ms. Iryna Zdravic, my student supervisor at school and this is Mr. Richard Cochrill, my gym teacher.

Iryna: Hi.

Mr. Cochrill: Hey.

Stella: Iryna, Richard this is Regina's real mom, Ms. Dawn Zulueta-Gomez.

Iryna: Real mom?

Stella: Yup.

Mr. Cochrill: You're adopted?

Gina: Yeah.

Iryna: Who is the foster mom?

Gina: Jacqueline Capule.

Iryna: Okay.

Gina: What are you doing here, Ma?(Medyo galit si Gina)

Dawn: I just want to make sure that Stella is taking care of you.

Gina: Ma! (Sumigaw si Gina) Hindi pabaya si Mommy Stella. Hindi niya magagawa yun sa akin. (Galit si Gina) Okay?

Dawn: Okay.

Gina: Mommy Stella, Ms. Zdravic, and Mr. Cochrill, is it okay if you guys leave us two for few minutes?

Iryna: Okay.

Gina: We will just talk.

Stella: Take it easy.

Gina: Okay, Mommy.

Kaya umalis muna silang tatlo at naiwan ang mag-ina.

Gina: Ano bang problema mo? (Tanong niya kay Dawn) Bakit ka ganyan? I've been thinking, I don't feel like leaving the country anymore.

Dawn: Bakit naman?

Gina: Nandito ang buhay ko. Nandito ang pamilya ko.

Dawn: But, kami ang pamilya mo. (Umi-iyak na siya)

Gina: Sa tingin mo papayag pa ako na sumama sayo pagkatapos mong bigyan ng bad attitude ang mga taong mahal ko at kasama ko.

Walang na sabi si Dawn. Kaya umalis na lang si Dawn. Pumasok silang tatlo.

Iryna: What happened here?

Gina: My mom and I got into a fight.

Iryna: Why?

Gina: Mommy, remember the plan that when I'm done here we will leave.

Stella: Yeah.

Gina: Well, I told her I'm not going with her anymore.

Stella: What's the reason why you said "no"?

Gina: My life is here and my whole family is here.

Iryna: I thought you don't have any family.

Gina: It's you guys.

Iryna: Ohh.

Gina: I don't want to leave you. I don't want you guys to worry about me everyday. It's a good thing I'm not going anymore.

Stella: Why?

Gina: At least you get to see me everyday and not worry at all.

Iryna: Yeah, true.

Gina: I love all of you guys.

Stella: We love you too.

Gina: Thank you guys.

Iryna: For what?

Stella: Yeah.

Gina: For being there with me this whole time. Thank you for your love, care, and your support.

Iryna: That's our job, Regina. It's to take care of you.

Stella: Even thought we have a restricted policy not to have a relation-connection between students, we will still do it for that specific student.

Iryna: We will do it just for you.

Stella: We will risk our life and job for you. Between Iryna and I you are the most important student for both us.

Iryna: She's right, Regina.

Gina: I'm touched. Thank you soo much. I want you both to sit beside me.

Iryna: Okay.

Tumabi si Iryna sa right side ni Gina at si Stella sa left side ni Gina. Masaya na si Regina dahil katabi niya ang dalawang mommy niya.

Stella: Now what?

Gina: Nothing. I just want to keep this moment for a long time.

Iryna: Me too, Regina.

Stella: Me three, Regina.

Stella kiss Gina on the forehead. Gina just put her head on Iryna's shoulder.
