In the forests, two girls were running away from something. One of them being Ziggy Berman, fiery red hair flowing in the wind. The other being Elle Watkins, her brown hair bouncing as she ran. "Shit, shit, shit!" Elle said to herself. Ziggy looked behind her to only be met with an arm to the face, her falling backwards. Elle was tripped by someone's foot, falling face first into the ground. The person who tripped her, Sheila, looked to someone else. Both looked up to see Will, along with Annie and Becky. "You're gonna hang...witches." He said coldly.

"She reaches from beyond the grave to make good men her wicked slaves." The group chanted, carrying Elle and Ziggy towards a tree. "Let us go, you fuckers!" Elle yelled. "She'll take your blood, she'll take your head, she'll follow you until your dead." Annie and Becky each grabbed one of Elle's arms as Sheila hoisted Ziggy up in the tree by a rope.

"Let me down, you little shits!" Ziggy screamed. Will looked at the girl and circled her. Grabbing her waist to hold her still, he checked the girl's pockets. Finally finding what he wanted, he pulled out a $20 bill. "Well, well, well....what do we have here?" "Goddamn thief!" Sheila commented. "No no, baby." She's not a thief. She's possessed..." Ziggy and Elle looked at everyone. "By the witch. It's the only way to explain her psycho abilities." Will said. "Fuck you!" Ziggy yelled, hitting will with her elbows. Annie and Becky gasped as Sheila looked with wide eyes. Will looked back up with a now bloody nose. "Guess we're even now." She said, grinning.

"Do you know what they did to Sarah Fier? They hung her, right from this very tree." Will said, looking up. "If they only did what you're supposed to do to witches, you burn them." Elle looked at Will, knowing what was going to happen. "Sheila, get my lighter." "I- Will are you sure?" "Just DO IT!" "Will, you're going too far!" Annie called out. "We don't wanna get into MORE trouble!" Becky said. Sheila found his lighter and gave it to him.

"Grab her feet." Annie looked at Becky and let go, Sheila taking her place in holding Elle. Annie held both of her feet down as Will ignited the lighter. "No! No! No!" Ziggy shrieked as the lighter made contact with her arm, a burn appearing. A whistle blew as everyone turned their heads. Two of the camp counselors ran towards the tree.

"Will put her down!" Will's brother, Nick Goode,  yelled. "I swear to God, or I'm gonna tell mom!" He yelled. Annie untied the rope from Ziggy's wrists dropping her to the ground. Becky and Sheila let Elle go and pushed her towards Nick. "Did they hurt you, baby doll?" He asked, gently touching her face. "No. I'm good."

"And then Ziggy went flying out my cabin, with Elle following." Will said. "Did you see her take it?" A counselor, Kurt Fraser, asked. "Everyone did." Sheila said. "Everyone." Annie and Becky said in sync. "Alright then. That's it Berman. Five strikes. You're out of here!" Kurt said. "What?!" Elle said. "They just tried to burn me!" Ziggy said. "And I'll deal with that later!"

"No, no Kurt. It's not her fault." Sheila said. Will snickered. "Yeah...she's possessed by the witch. Both of them. That's why they're acting so weird." Will said. "Oh you-" Ziggy said, beginning to charge at Will. Elle began to do the same, but Nick wrapped his arms around her waist. Kurt grabbed Ziggy's arm and Nick looked at Ziggy's free arm. "Hey, man. We kick her out, someone's gonna question the burn on her arm. Then who's in trouble, huh?"

Kurt looked at everyone with side eyes. "Okay! But this is your final warning, Berman. You too, Watkins! Any other funny business and you're both out." Kurt decided. Ziggy got out of Kurt's grip. "Being bossed around by a Goode and a Fraser. Wow." She said quietly and walked away, leaving Nick and Elle trailing behind her. "God, I hate those little bitches." Kurt said, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Hey! Hey, hey!" Nick ran after Ziggy who was walking away. What do you want?" She asked, Turing around to face Nick and Elle, who was running to catch up. "I- ummm....I believe I'm owed a thank you." "Nick!" Elle hit his arm. "Right. I forgot. Thank you, Nick Goode, King of Sunnyvale and future police chief, for rescuing poor, Shadysider me! How could I ever repay you?" She held one hand in the other. "Oh that's right. I'll bat my eyes at you, like your dumbass girlfriend."

Nick looked to Elle. Ziggy stuck her middle finger out towards the couple and walked away, turning on her heel. "She didn't mean to call you a dumbass." Nick said, facing Elle. "I know....that's just Ziggy Berman, I guess." She sighed, looking in the direction Ziggy walked off in.

All around, everyone was getting ready for the color war. "Don't forget everyone! Color War is tonight! You must have a shirt, do you have a shirt?" A counselor, Gary, called out. "Blue is for beautiful if you live in Shadyside, red is for radiance if you live in Sunnyvale. Despite our differences, we're all perfect!" Joan, a counselor, was preaching her daily positivity and light. A shirt was thrown in Ziggy's direction. "Even you, Ziggy Berman!"

Ziggy walked towards the infirmary. "Nurse Lane!" She called out. Getting no response, she looked around. "Nurse Lane, I could die any minute now!" She called out again. She walked into the small office and saw a book sitting on the desk. It looked like a map of some sort. Or a diagram of something related to the supernatural.

"Ziggy?" Turning on her heel, she was met with Madison Johnson, a camper who was about to be a counselor. "What did you do to yourself this time?" She asked. Ziggy lifted her arm to reveal a burn mark. "I'm gonna murder that little prick and his bitches." "Maddie, don't! Just...help me with this first. Please." Ziggy practically begged her girlfriend with her eyes. "Fine. But just for you!" She said, letting Ziggy sit down on one of the beds and getting the supplies needed.
