The Vampire
"Hey! We need more of the dark reserve at the bar!" she yelled out. "Make sure to keep it stocked, this is the last time I will be reminding you James"
"Yes ma'am, on it. Won't happen again boss." James said with a smile.
James was a very well built ginger with a burly beard. He was the manager of the bar and he helped to open this place. He looked late 20's but they had been around for a lot longer than that. Being a vampire had its perks.
The 'Thirsty Fang' was in full swing as the blood mood was in effect. They knew this would be one of the busiest nights of the decade, and had prepared and stocked up on everything we could, but it still didn't help the nagging feeling that something would inevitably go haywire. The Thirsty Fang was the only bar in the state that allowed anyone entry, as long as they had proper personal identification of course; which meant that anyone and anything was allowed in. It also caused a lot of issues among different kinds. It was important to have to have extra security, not many kinds liked or even tolerated the vampires because of the long and terrible history.
She had left the royals a long while ago, but what is time to someone who doesn't age? Being one of the first vampires, by name and blood held great power but also fear. Not wanting to be just another blood sucker who left a trail of destruction and chaos in her path. She wanted to be different. Leaving the royals almost two centuries ago was one of the hardest yet, easiest things she had ever done.
"Take over for me, I'm going to do a sweep. Ill get Kasey to come up here and help you." she said patting him on the shoulder and making her way from behind the bar.
The Thirsty Fang was a relatively large bar, with a large seating area out side and two main rooms in the building. There was also several small rooms in the back for more private events. Making her way outside catching the scent of wolf, instinctually she felt her fangs came out and rested on her bottom lip. Even though it the bar was open to everyone, the wolfs did not come around often. Forcing the urge back she glanced around outside making sure everyone was being civil. Eyes locking on a vampire with his fangs into the neck of a human. She made a clicking sound with her mouth. His eyes looked up from the nape of the human.
"Find a room. Now." she said with a whisper too low for most humans to hear.
His eyes widened, as he stood up. His human looked at him with confusion. He grabbed his hand, and led him past me and back into the bar. Shaking her head, she made a mental note to speak to the the guards and make sure there were patrols outside at all times. A low growl echoed in her ears as she turned to locate the sound at full speed. Meeting brown eyes her fangs forced themselves out, being sure to kept them hidden behind pink lips. Not many people knew of who or what she was. There was three of them, two males and a female. All three were wolfs, she felt the her stomach churn.
"Good evening, how are you guys doing tonight?" her voice had a thick dose of customer servise as she said it with a smile.
"Pretty good, now that you're here." Said the oldest of the group, looked about 20. His eyes were brown and he had shaggy black hair that fell into his eyes.
"Oh yeah, and what can the owner of this fine establishment do for you?" she said putting her hands on her hips.
"Oh, uh." He flattered, thinking she was just some other 'hot chick'
"Hm, the bar could probably top off your drinks. I am just checking up on everyone." she said with a smirk before turning and heading back inside.
"She probably doesn't even own the place, she's so bitchy." The older one said with a snarl, shaking her head.
