Curtains open,
Hearts unravel,
Waiting to see her,
And all her beauty...
Little do they know that it is her duty,
She has 1 child and no spouse,
This is how she lives...
To preform to the wealthy,
To the high and mighty,
To the greedy and heartless.
She is not like others,
She was broken,
Torn apart,
Ripped to shreds....
Yet
She still goes on.

And when those curtains close,
She takes off that happy smiling mask,
It's all a lie,
That bright white smile,
Those gleaming eyes,
All a lie...
She was bullied all her life,
For no reason,
She has always told herself she was a failure,
Even though she isn't...

Her child was the same,
Bullied because she wasn't normal,
She could see beauty in everything,
She was a blessing...

But she was different like her mother,
Bullied because she had no father...
Torn apart at that young age,
But...
She stitched herself together,
Her mother...
Could never do that,
Years later her mother died...
Her mother died broken and torn,
Ripped to shreds by words...

This is what it's like to be hurt...to be bullied to be in pain constantly

I wrote this because it needs to be said... I was a victim I stitched myself together I am that girl on the cover I am no longer broken or torn... But there are some who are and some who will always be.
