Author's POV

After Hiding Nat's brother in the Attic who has to be dead already! Katie said "Guys its time, since we talked about what is happening..... We need to talk!" and she started walking off from the Attic while the other two girls were... Making Nat's Dead brother comfortable in the Attic! but when Katie went off they both went behind her.

The Living Room

Katie sat on the couch followed by Natalie and Jessica. The three were looking at each other and Katie stepped in to talk and break the silence

"Guys, I think that the message we received that day from W.T company has something to do with whatever happened to us, Cus we literally 'lost the ones that we love one by one'... But I think it was a mistake messing with that supercomputer!" said Kate in a worried tone

"I guess.... Yes, but how? how did they find our background or in another thought how did they find out that WE... are the X3? ......... Cus No one other than us knows that we are X3...." added Nat

"The.... W.T company is THE world's biggest tech company and we only hacked into their system but we didn't even release any data of theirs..... But even though... It doesn't make any sense... Maybe it is all a coincidence" said Jessy

"Yea... but still I just feel something is wrong...." said Kate looking down but she suddenly her head shot up and with widened eyes she said "Guys... We can find if all these are coincidences or maybe all this is because we hacked into W.T Company.... ("But How?" asked Nat)... We hacked into their 'MAINFRAME' so we can look up into anything... W.T.C is now vulnerable to us..." "Come on girls let's do this," said Jessy

So The X3 took their laptop and started to De-crypt all of their Confidential Files, there were a lot of plans of their new projects and everything... They were de-crypting all afternoon, there were many unreleased cool Video games... After a long search, we found a different file but when we de-crypted it, it looked like another game but the Encryption in it was really hard to de-crypt.... than all the other games but when we opened the Game......

We were Terrified to see the Game's Name..... Which was X3, We clicked the Play button and it was loading for 2 seconds and it opened, but a Message moreover like a warning popped up... Our freaking full name was in it!!!...

"Huh? we already lost everyone!" said Nat sarcastically

and when they clicked the next option another message popped up

The X3 was scared by the messages and they had no choice other than to play and win the game if not played their identity will be exposed which is not a good thing and if they did play and leave in the middle they will die, Natalie hesitatingly clicked play and another message came which did not make any sense...

But as soon as they read the last message they blacked out.....

After 2 hours

Natalie slowly opened her eyes, to see her friends lying unconscious near her. When she looked around she understood that they were no more in Mrs. Helen's house instead they were in a vast area covered in dark ashes.... She couldn't help but panic.

Natalie's POV

I looked at my friends lying unconscious and the place we were at looked familiar but i couldn't remember visiting a haunted scary place, and I tried my therapy I said to myself "Don't Panic Nat, Don't... Panic... There is nothing to worry about.. Ok.. Control ur breath... Inhale, Exhale... 10..9..8...7...6...5... Ok, that is not at all helping..." I heard a movement from behind...

"Ok, this is not gonna work... It is definitely time to panic...." I couldn't breathe... I am hearing my heart in my ear... Great... I felt a hand on my shoulder which scared me to death, I slowly tilted my head to see whose hand it was... i couldn't see the face but the hand looked really scary covered in black color,

I shouted "JESUS" with all of my might and the hand just vanished and I heard a voice... a familiar voice "Jesus, Good Lord" when I opened my eyes to see where the voice came from..... the voice said, "For God's sake, don't shout Nat...." When I looked at the person I recognized it was Jessy... Soon as I saw her... my soul came back to me... and Kate was looking at us with a sarcastic smile pasted on her face... I couldn't help but give her a death glare but... but she just shrugged it off...

So we started wandering the place, and as I remembered I asked a question to break the silence in the haunted place...

"Guys, this place looks really familiar to me... but i don't remember visiting a creepy-ish and ash covered place..."

Jessy said "Yea, i also re...." and she did not finish her sentence and she started walking swiftly in front of us straight to a tree... which looked really familiar... before i could ask her to continue, She said "Guys, this tree.... it is the same tree... at my mom's house!! we are still in CBE (short form for Coimbatore, a district in Tamil Nadu) but everything is destroyed, our home?"

Kate said "No it is not... your Mom's house is not built yet... I definitely would know if there is any sign of a destroyed building... and there is no foundation of any house in this place... But still this place is familiar"

"Maybe it is just another tree that looks alike the one at your mom's place" i said trying to make it sound less weirder... But everything is weird in here but I saw a mark in the tree a familiar mark that has twirly twisty and curvy line along with the letter three intertwined with it... it looks like a symbol... my curious ass couldn't help but I walked near the tree and touched it...

Soon we heard some dry leaves moving and crackling, When we turned around there was no one around and the last thing I remembered before going into a trance was seeing a lady.
