Schlatt's P.O.V

The Uber had finally come to a stop, out the window you could see a nice house. It was about medium size and looked like one of those rich houses you would see in a movie.

I opened the door and walked out, I turned around and grabbed y/n hand and helped them out.

"This house.. is beautiful" I said looking in awe, they just laughed and smiled "well my parents are very strict on where they live" they said and sighed.

"Baby!!" A young blond woman came running out the door, "Mom.." y/n said looking a bit confused but happy.

"Oh my... you must be the bf?!" She said and turned to me, I smiled and nodded "it's nice to meet you" I said and shook her hand.

Y/n grabbed my hand and held it, I looked over and blushed a bit but they did nothing but smile, "Well aren't you two just cute! Darling let's head inside" The woman said and we followed.

Y/n looked nervous, I smiled at her "We got this" I said and kissed they're hand. We walked into the house and still looked beautiful as ever.

"Dad!" Y/n said, she looked over to a man with black hair, probably standing at 6'2. "Oh look at you!" He said and grabbed y/n "you need to lose some weight, your gaining to much"

Y/n just smiled and nodded as I watched it unfold, "oh so your the bf.." I just stood still and nodded, "Finally nice to meet you" he grabbed my hand and 'man hugged me'.

We sat at the table and talked for a bit, once in awhile y/n mom would talk down on them but they would just ignore it or smile.

"Dinner is ready!" Y/n dad walked in and smiled, we each got our plates and ate in silence. "Schlatt why did you choose y/n?!" I choked on my food, and y/n just watched.

"Y/n is a very extraordinary person, we instantly fell in love with the same things. We are very different and alike" I smiled and grabbed there hand and kissed it. Y/n mom just smiled.

"Y/n could be better.. no? There very different than all of us" I started to get annoyed, "That's what makes them perfect" I just smiled and continued eating.

There mother went silent, it was quiet until "Y/n will you stop stuffing your face!" There mother yelled, I watched as Y/n sat up and walked away.

I excused myself and went to go find them. I finally found them I'm the backyard, "Y/n?" I said in a low tone, they turned around and looked at me.

"What do you want" they rubbed their eyes and sniffled, "I wanted to see you" I said and sat beside them, their head resting on my shoulder.

"I hate it here..." her eyes puffy from crying, my hand reached their head and caressed it, "All those things you said... was it true" I just smiled and held them close.

"Oh look what we have here!" The mother came out and looked at us, "Isn't this just cute! Now y/n get out my house.." I finally had enough.

"Your child has done so much for this family! I love them and you hating and criticizing them has me Infuriated! We will leave here happy!" I grabbed y/n hand and walked out.

It was raining so I gave them my jacket and called an Uber. "Schlatt..." they said but I didn't say anything. The Uber arrived and we both got in, I told them the address of the hotel and off we went.

We got back to the hotel and into the room, "Schlatt" I finally turned around and noticed they were crying, my face softened, "I'm sorry y/n... I shouldn't have said anything".

They quickly shook their head, "No that was great, but are you okay" they grabbed my hand and I just nodded, "I'm gonna take a shower", and so I walked off.
