You guys arrived at a parking lot near high buildings and parked there. Then you went inside one of the buildings and went up to the roof of it.
"You guys can stay over there while I talk with them ok," Izana said as he pointed at some chairs further away at the roof.
You and Kaku went over to the chairs and sat down as Izana stood at the age of the building waiting for the others. After two minutes the door to the roof opened and one tall guy and a shorter one with glasses came out. Izana looked back at them and smiled.
"Hanma, Kisaki," he said as the two guys positioned themselves beside Izana at the edge of the roof. "So, what's the plan you got to defeat Toman Kisaki?" he then said as the Hanma guy sat down at a box ich.
"To kill Sano Emma, that's our only chance to stop Mikey," the Kisaki guy said.
They continued talking about it for a bit until it became silent. Kaku stood up and went towards Izana.
"Izana! I don't agree with this!" he said. "Why are you cooperating with them?!"
"Silence, Kakucho, This is our only way to defeat Toman," Izana said, you felt shivers just by looking at him, he felt different.
"I... Don't see any reason... To kill!" Kaku said as you felt more shivers.

Um, I wrote that the meeting was about two guys who wanted to join in part 5 because my stupid ass thought it was after Tenjiku came to Shibuya they joined for some reason, but I fixed it now :)
