I am standing in front of the mirror. The girl looking back at me is not the girl inside. I'm broken Life is unfair. I have been lied to and hurt.

*few months earlier*
Pouting in the mirror I apply pink lip gloss. I'm all set and ready to go. I look at myself in the mirror. Blue eyes, brown hair, rosy cheeks, tall and a great figure. I'm wearing a long black lacy dress that comes just below my knees. I hear my phone ring. Taxis here to drive me and my fiance to our meal at a local Italian restaurant to celebrate our 2 year engagement anniversary. My fiance is a shorter than me with gorgeous green eyes and short brown hair.
As we get directed to our seats we order drinks. "A glass of coke please" we both say to the waitress. Looking at the menu I'm in the mood for spaghetti. Normally me and Jack eat the same food. When the waitress arrives with our drink, we're both ready to order. "We'll both have the spaghetti bolognese with extra cheese". As we wait for our food we sit in silence gazing into each others eyes. We've been together for 2 and a half years and I haven't gotten enough of him. I remember the first time we met, I actually thought he was weird. He thought of me otherwise. He said for him it was love at first sight. I remember walking into my tutorial lesson and I spotted him at first. We became friends and then best friends and after knowing each other for 8 months we hit it off. I didn't speak much English when we first met as I moved to England that year. He's just perfect. Our food arrives and we eat in silence.

At home we cuddle in my bed as we are watching our favourite TV-show, Supernatural. I lay on his chest listening to his heart beat as I fall into deep, comforting sleep.
