Episode 10: An Assassin's Babysitting Assignment

Episode 10: An Assassin's Babysitting Assignment

Chapter Synopsis: As the chapter title implies, Tatsumi babysits the melon turned human lazy girl, Melony by the request of Axol. And it will be relaxing and also not anything too chaotic.

Days went by since the beach day and needless to say, Tatsumi was getting accustomed to this world. It has been about two weeks since he had arrived at this world and since there wasn't anything to do, he decided to either doze around but didn't forget to train every day or he just simply did errands around the castle.

Right now the assassin was training in the backyard of the castle and was shirtless. Since it was early in the morning, he was using this time to exercise to keep himself in shape despite not having any assassin related errands to do. He was in another world after all, but that didn't stop him from doing his usual routine. Right now, he was doing two hundred swings with Incursio due to the fact that it was the only weapon that he could use without harming anyone with the exception of Swagmaster.

"Okay, just five more swings." Tatsumi told himself before he was in a position where he was holding his sword in a stance. As he lifted the sword, he then swung it down and then repeated the process four more times. When that was over, he put the sword down and he began to pant heavily from all of the exercise that he did throughout the hour.

After he did his exercise, Tatsumi then sat down and leaned against the wall as he was resting. He forgot how tiring it was to train everyday despite not having the right equipment with the exception of his sword. He has to admit that doing his daily routine did help him bring relieve from all of the stress from the shenanigans that this world has to offer him.

He also had his thoughts on SMG4 and his group of friends. They were nice people to say the least. To start the thought, he began to think of Mario, who was very retarded and has an unhealthy obsession with spaghetti, but he was a complex person to say the least. Tari, she was friendly and also kind. It did remind him of Sheele though, Luigi, well not much to say. And SMG4, he did have an obsession with memes. The rest, however, he hasn't had a proper thought about each of them. Perhaps he'll have a thought of them one day.

As he got up from the wall and put on his black shirt, Tatsumi then grabbed Incursio and started to walk back towards the castle. As he did, the door opened and he didn't expect this person to be here early in the morning. "Axol?"

The former manga artist smiled at the anime character. "Good morning Tatsumi! It's nice to see you."

"Yeah, you too," The boy said back to him. It was strange, why was Axol in the castle early in the morning? He decide to answer his obvious question. "Say, what are you doing here in this hour of the day?"

The axolotl just fidgeted with his fingers before answering. "Well, I do have something to ask you."

The boy just wanted to know right know. "What is it then?"

In the main lounge of the Castle, a certain lazy human girl was playing in the children's play area and she was humming to herself. On one of her hand, she had a toy figure of Grand Chariot from Akame Ga Kill attacking another toy figure of a mech called Bahamut from another anime on the other hand. Normally, this would be adorable and funny for her to do.

Speaking of which, Tatsumi and Axol were watching her from afar and the assassin was already having some thoughts on her. "Sheesh, I wonder how Wave would react to his Imperial Arm being made as a toy? Also, Logue might be a perfect playmate with her."
