Should've Said No

Chapter 1

"Are you kidding me?" Meredith screeched at her boyfriend who was hurriedly sliding on his boxers. The girl in their bed quickly grabbed her clothes and rushed out of the room as Meredith shot death glares at her.

"I swear to God, Mer, it was one time." The young man pleaded, rushing towards Meredith.

"It should have happened zero times!" Meredith yelled. She couldn't believe the nerve.

"I know- I just- don't know what happened." He tried, "She was just there and I-"

"You know what?" Meredith took a deep breath, a plan brewing in her mind. "It's okay."

"What?" He asked confusedly.

"You're my boyfriend, Christopher Shepherd, I owe it to you to give you a chance." She walked towards him and placed a hand on his chest. "Just- please- don't do it again."

He smiled sweetly at her, "I promise you, from now on, you are the only girl for me." Then he wrapped his arms around her. It took everything in Meredith not to stab him in the neck, but she knew it would be worth it for her to wait. Good things come to those who wait. She just had to work a little more on her plan and the best revenge will be hers.
