Authors Note: The last chapter was a little shorter than I wanted this chapter will be longer and have a lot more depth into the story.

Location: SOUTH CAROLINA

One more stop till Atlanta hopefully it will be our salvation. Nalani is helping me raid this super market. "Yo Lani I found sooo much water" Nalani said I smirked at her 

"Good we need to make up from what we lost from those assholes"

Sometimes I think do they know they deserve to die or do they think what they are doing is right. I wish I had my powers already I have this stupid white patch in the back of my head like i'm a unfinished cow or something this sucks big time. I'd burn those assholes alive if I had the chance.

We loaded our truck and I started driving. I feel so empty sometimes lost I guess, I wish I wasn't so angry all the time I wish I didn't feel hate like Nalani she always tries to stay positive but I know my words gets to her sometimes. 

I still love though I think once the love leaves my heart that's when I will be truly cold I got my sisters though Na Na, Ni Ni, and Hana my world.

Without them I think i'd hate who i'd be, that's for damn sure. We were heading past the turnpike when we seen soldiers I felt heat engulf my body from the anger they were about to kill 3 kids they looked to be about Abeni's age except 1 that looked about 6. We had to help them.

" Yo NaNa Ni come on!!" 

We hopped out the car and attacked before the soldiers could react their was only 5 soldiers. "Abeni Now!!" Nalani said Abeni began to use her power to take the air out of the lungs out of one of the soldiers while Nalani used her power to knock them out with rocks. Nalani isn't the best at using the earth element but it comes in handy at times like this the last soldier I hit him with hilt of my sword and got on top of him and head butted him. Hana went to get the kids.

" Hi my names Hana you're safe now" 

One of the kids was crying the youngest one the older one was holding them.

"Are you guys with anyone" Nalani said

"Our other brother and sister our older brother went to food to pack in our truck our sister wandered off " One of the kids said.

What a bitch

"What's your guys names" Hana said 

"I'm Azami the oldest this is Daiki the second oldest and the youngest is Micah we all are marked but we have no idea how to use our power" 

"Are you guys trying to find the group of marked ones too" I said they looked confused 

"We are just following our brother his name is Makani" Azami said.

"Let's get out of here before those ass hats wake up take us to your hideout" I said 

"HEY WHAT THE HELL" We all looked at some girl running towards us she must be their sister that abandoned them.

Abeni got on guard 

"Who the hell are you!!" She said 

"The real question is who the hell are you" I said as she tried to get all up in Abeni's face

"That's our sister" Azami said 

"Aya you left us and they saved us" Daiki said.

"Yeah some sister you are they almost died" I said

She looked at them with guilt but at me with anger. 

I swear they have a accent or am I tripping.

"Shut up you know nothing about me" Aya said 

" I know you leave your siblings to fend for themselves" I spat out she looked like she wanted to fight she can try if she wants any day anytime.

"Guys!! stop this let's go before they wake up Now!!" Nalani said

Aya looked at me in frustration "Fine" she spat out"

I just smirked at her, they took us to their safe house which wasn't bad it was pretty clean and secluded. 

They all sat and talked about how they got here.

"Our brother should be here soon" Azami said 

"We should introduce ourselves i'm Nalani, these are my sisters Hana, Abeni, and Alani" I said 

Authors note : If there is any confusion this switches back to Nalani's POV.

"We are trying to make to the group of marked ones forming" Hana said

"I heard about that you guys do know there is 2 different groups" Aya said. She kind of has an accent.

"What do you mean" Abeni said

"1 group believes in killing all soldiers and legion no mercy the other just wants peace" Aya said 

Alani looked like she had something on her mind. This put a wrench in things I had no intentions of killing.

There was a bang and a guy walked in he looked to be me and Alani's age he had a scar on his eye. He stared at us like what the , "What the hell is this"
