I'm Here, Kirito

|Chapter 11|

The awkward silence in the Kirigaya household was pretty shocking for Eugeo and Alice. After a long while, it was Sugu who broke it. 

"How you know they are a couple, Kazuto?" Sugu asked him. The black teen was slightly blushing of how the situation was to him.

He took a deep breath, as if he wanted to say it for a long time, as if he wanted to say it so badly. 

"I um, couldn't help it. I was always wondered, what Eugeo wanted to say in his own words about the transformation of the Blue Rose Sword, and that how Alice would say back. 

I'm sorry if I intrude on you guys last night. I listened to it. All of it. " He explained, as the group was amazed. 

They never imagined how deep the conversation can make an massive impact on Kazuto, as Eugeo steps forward towards his best friend. 

"So, you're not entirely surprised that Alice and I are together? Are you really ok with this?" He asked him.

"Of course. I know how deeply you two wanted to be together, as like Asuna and I had. Asuna was my light, my best friend, and she always knew what I needed the most.

Besides, I seen how desperate you can become sometimes, Eugeo." He winked as that Eugeo was embarrassed about it. 

"H-Hey! You can't just say things like that out loud, Kazuto! That's embarrassing. And aside from that, you also can't just eavesdrop on people. 

It's extremely rude, geez." 

The group was staring at each other for a long moment, but then burst out laughing at the situation.

"Well, that is all settled down, I want to do something with Kirito, if you don't mind at all." Alice spoke up, which make the group curious about what she had in mind. 

In AFO, Kirito and Alice was in a battle zone ruins. 

"Since we're both skilled fighters, I want a re-match against you, Kazuto. We never got use our extra skills back at the Cathedral .

It's a perfect place where we can go all out without anyone getting brainwashed into Integrity Knights, and we can be ourselves for once. 

"Wait, are you sure this is a good idea?!?" Leafa exclaimed, worried about this insane idea Alice came up with. 

But Kazuto couldn't help it but smile.  He thought to himself, "A re-match, huh? Alice, you really are amazing." 

"You're on, Alice. Don't hold back because we're friends. He makes the same pose he had made when he was the Black Swordsmen. 

"Here I come!" Kazuto yells out to her, as Alice embraces herself, to know of her friend's moves firsthand.

The swords clashed one other, as they make a massive barrier which made Eugeo and Leafa covered their eyes. 

"They're both serious about this. Kazuto was not giving into this fight." Leafa said, looking at her brother's determination to win.

Eugeo sighs, "That's Kirito for ya. He'll never change, no matter how the situation is. " Leafa sighs, as if she concurred with him.

"You got a point, but still... seeing both of them, being happy together, as friends having a good time, it seems like it felt like a dream for Kazuto. 

For the longest time I've ever seen him this happy, was when he's with Asuna and all of our friends by his side. 

I couldn't be more happier. " 

In the Dicy Cafe, Asuna was sitting with Klein. "Have you seen Kirito lately?"

"No, not yet. He seems busy with having to help Eugeo and Alice still adjusting life here in the Real World. 

It's so different compared to the Underworld for them, and I am worried for them. " 

"It's not like Kirito would have a hard time adjusting life here either. He just discovered both of his childhood friends that he had known his whole life suddenly arrived to this world. How you would you feel if you were in his shoes, Asuna?"

Asuna thought for a moment. "Was Agil right? Was it really that different?" 

As that she was lost in total thought , Sinon and Silica entered the room, as that Sinon waves at them with a pleasure smile. "Hey, you two!

I suspect that you would be here, where's Kirito?"

"I don't know . Maybe he is at GGO?" She asked , as that Klein shook his head at the possibility. "Sorry, I haven't seen him in GGO. I wanted to tell him today was a GGO tourney event happening but unfourtantely... I haven't able to contact that idiot." 

"Hm. It is possible that..." Asuna asked then it clicked as she chuckled to herself. "I think I have a slightest idea where he could be doing right at this very moment. " 

The fight lasted for a few minutes as Kazuto and Alice sweat from the fight. "Are you both all right?" Eugeo asked. 

"Yes, it was fun, at least." Kazuto replied, as he turns to his best friend, "Alice, you really are strong." 

Leafa chuckled, "What you expect, Kirito? You know she and Eugeo both came from the Underworld after all." 

He was silent, knowing that, as the entire group heard a simple cough .

Asuna was there, as Kirito said, "Oh, hi, Asuna...." 

She approached him as Kirito gulps at how furious she was. "Kirito, I never thought that you ditched Sinon again. 

She was waiting for you to come help her with a GGO event . " 

"Oh, was that today? Sorry about that, Sinon. To be fair, Alice asked me for a slight favor." 

He told them about her sudden request as that Asuna was amazed by it. "A childhood fight huh? That seems cool and um.. approvable. 

Alice and Eugeo haven't spent time with you in the Underworld right? That seems like a reasonable explanation but please keep in mind of telling us you had plans next time." 

Eugeo leans into his best friend's ear, "Kazuto... Asuna is a bit scary when she's angry, isn't she?"

"Eugeo... you have no idea how terrifying she would be back in SAO days. Never make her mad at any costs, trust me on that..." 

That night, Kirito was having a nightmare. It was at the Cathedral battle against the administrator .

"No, no! " He screamed loudly as that Eugeo stormed into his best friend's room, as that he sees the traumatized panic attack on him.

"Kirito! Kirito!" He said, trying to shake his best friend.
