I'm Here, Kirito

|Chapter 7|

Eugeo was nervous, as to Alice as well. Kirito said he would invite them to another virtual world other than the Underworld. 

Kirito seems to be excited of sharing his two childhood friends of the world he had been to, as that Sugu was kind of worried about this idea. 

"Big bro, are you sure that taking them to AFO, it's kind of brand new for the both of them since they never seen its world before." 

The black -haired boy chuckled, "It'll be fine! C'mon, have at least a little faith in me. Besides, it's a good thing... since we never had a good time being in each others' company since the War happen back in ..." 

Sugu knew what her brother meant . It wasn't truly not a nice reunion for them, since that Alice and Eugeo were both manipulated by the Pontifex, the Administrator, and Kirito had no chance to recover from all the trauma . 

"I get it. I think it would be a little overwhelming. " She said. The siblings invited everyone to meet in their avatars, as Alice recognizes familiar faces. 

"Wow, familiar comrades." She said, as Eugeo looked at his best friend's avatar. He never seen it before, as that he points at him, "K.. Kazuto? Is that you?"

"Yeah, it's me, Eugeo. C'mon, don't act too surprised. Welcome to Alfheim Online. In here, we can fly! " 

He opens up his wings as he soars into the skies, with Yui by his side. 

Eugeo was nervous, as Leafa said, "C'mon, it's fun!" She helped him up as that both of them were flying in thin air! 

As Kirito was flying , Asuna looks directly at him. "Ok, what's on your mind, Kirito? I know you're hiding your feelings again." 

He gulped, "I wasn't! I mean, it's going to be fine, don't worry about me." 

Asuna wasn't fully convinced by it, but she let it slide. The group fly through, as the day sets, the Ruild Trio returned to the real world. 

Alice said, "I couldn't believe that was a virtual world besides the Underworld." Eugeo nods, concurring with her, "Yeah, it's hard to believe it. I guess we both have a lot to learn. " 

Kirito said, "Glad you both enjoyed it, although, AFO isn't the only world I've been to. The other world I've been to, is called "Gun Gale Online" or in short, "GGO. " That world is -" 

Eugeo stops his best friend before he could continue, "Kirito, I think I need a moment with Alice for a bit. There is something I need to speak with her about." 

The black-haired teen blink in shock of his best friend's concern about Alice, then he smiled. "Ok. I will leave." 

The boy leaves which made Alice confused by Eugeo's actions. "Eugeo, why did you make Kirito leave?"

"Because, there is something bothering him, and knowing him, he's hiding his true feelings. I think he feels bad of that we left the Underworld and he's trying to act we haven't notice it." 

Alice groans, "Geez, he's really an idiot, isn't he? Besides, things happened for a reason, isn't? Besides, if things stayed as they were, Kirito would've suffer more. " 

Eugeo nods, "I know. That is why I made him leave. I wanted you to hear about it from me. Even though we are friends, it's not that impossible to not read our own thoughts, isn't there?"

Alice nods, "Suppose you do have a point there, but what can we show him that there is nothing he need to hide?"

Eugeo was lost in thought, as to think of a plan, that is until he thought of one. "Maybe we should ask Mr. Kikuoka back at Ocean Turtle." 

At the Ocean Turtle, Mr. Kikuoka was researching on a project. "Well, this part goes here..." 

"Mr. Kikuoka?" A voice started the man , dropping his wench as he turns around to see it was Alice and Eugeo. 

"Alice, Eugeo! You startled me. " He said to the teens as they came forward, "Sorry for intruding, but can you help us with something?"

The man listens to Eugeo's plan as he seems impressed. "My, Eugeo, this is a highly surprising statement. 

Are you sure he would be thrilled about this?"

He nods, "This is the least we could do. Please help us." 

"All right. I'll ask his parents if it's all right with them and you better not spoil the big surprise you hear?"

"Of course. He's our idiot." Alice laughs. 

At the Kirigaya Household

Kazuto was waiting for his childhood friends to return. He looked at the clock worried. "I hope that they're not lost. 

I'm pretty worried since they never went beyond the Underworld before." 

Sugu said, "I'm sure that they'll be fine on their own, Kazuto. You worry too much. You act like you're their big brother!" 

"Haha." He smirked at his younger sister as then they heard the bell ring. "Could that be them? Alice, Eugeo, you guys worried me..." 

Instead of them, it was a postman who was at the front door, staring at the young teen.

"You're Kazuto, right? This is for you." He passed a letter to him and leaves. 

"The Ocean Turtle Institute? Why would they give me a letter?" He asked. 

Eugeo and Alice exchange looks as they know the reason why. They went inside, as he saw a big banner. 

It read, "Welcome, Kazuto!" 

"What is going on, tell me." He said. 

Alice said, "We knew you were hiding your guilt of us leaving the Underworld, Kazuto. We know everything ." 

"So, we asked Mr. Kikouko to make you an official part time worker at the Institute. That way, you can enter the Underworld whenever you wish. It's our gift for everything you and Sugo did for us." Eugeo said.

"I.. I don't know what to say, you guys. T-Thanks!" 

"No problem, Kirito. It's our pleasure!" Alice said, as that Eugeo smirks, "Told you that he wouldn't freak." 

"Haha." Alice said, "If we were sword fighting right now, I would make you regret it." 

"Good grief. Guys settle down, ok, I truly want this." Kirito said, hoping they wouldn't quarrel with each other.

As the Ruid Trio head back, Eugeo begins to smirk, "Last one to the house has to make dinner!" 

He runs ahead, as Alice and Kirito laughed , "Not fair, you got a head start!"
