"Not now, Aaron! Carter's here, I don't need your whining right now." Krystal whispered yelled. "If you don't like my whining, than try staying out of my life!" Aaron said not bothering to lower his voice. "Um.. Says the one who brought me into the mess known as your life in the first place! I was trying to help and be a good friend! Please, lower your voice!" I urged while still managing to whisper. "No, let Carter hear. Let her see what a great friend you are! Hanging out with her first love and now ex - will really win you friend of the year award! And to add the cherry on top, let's throw in supporting and helping the worst wedding in the world. Man, you are one hell of a friend." Aaron began clapping. "Krys! You still down there!" Carter called. Aaron smirked and looked at me. "Yeah.... be up in an a sec!" I called back. "Ya know Aaron, you truly are a selfish brat! I figured, hey he's probably going through a rough time right now, why not become a bridesmaid and make sure he is okay through this, and maybe be someone he can go to, if he needs to talk to someone about this whole wedding situation! Want me to drop out, than I will!" Krystal started closing the door but Aaron stopped it with his hand. "Wait!" He said, looking up. "Thank you...."

"Aww.... Now was that so hard?" Krystal smiled for a second, stopped, and slammed the door on Aaron Montgomery's face. "Coming up!" Krystal called to Carter.

"Now class, if you'll turn with me into your notes from Monday as we begin to dive deep into our lesson on Edgar Allen Poe. Now Chase you just transferred into this class today but do you know anything on Poe?" Mrs. Lucy asked as everyone went to their notes, then locked eyes on Chase. What Krystal, didn't know is the moment she turned around the face of Chase, was in-fact Matthew Scott, the boy she met just that weekend. Her jaw dropped and her mouth hung open, as he saw her, and smiled, before returning his gaze to the teacher. "Mrs, I probably know more than you do on him." Mrs. Lucy took her glasses off, and crossed her arms, waiting for him to prove this theory.

"Year of his birth?"

"1809."

"Name three of his stories and essays..."

"My Darling Clemintine, Cock Robin, Tall Tale Heart. He also published "Tamberline" in 1827"

Mrs. Lucy shifted her feet.

"When did he join the army?"

"The spring of 27..."

"Who'd he marry?"

"Virginia Clemm"

"Year he passed..."

"1849." Chase smiled.

"Ha!! Wrong 1847!'' Mrs. Lucy replied, a little to happy he got it wrong.

"Actually it's 1849..."

Krystal's jaw remained dropped, not realizing people were looking at her.
Mrs. Lucy put on her classes, and looked down at the teacher text book. 1849. "I hate smart asses," she said loud enough to herself, that the first two rows could hear her. Chase looked back at Krystal than laughed. Krystal slowly turned around, jaw dropped.

"Who the hell are you?" Krystal asked as the bell for lunch rang, and she was walking out. "You said your name was Matt Scott!" Chase laughed as they walked down the hallway. " Ya see, it was a lie." Chase stopped at his locker, and Krystal did with him. He began putting his book inside, and taking his money for lunch out. "My name is Chase Gonzales, I transferred here a couple weeks ago but as soon as I realized, my classes were filled with idiots, I went to all AP classes." Chase explained as he shut his locker and they began walking again. "But, I guess I still am to smart for my classes, and me and you are filled with idiots as classmates." He smiled. Krystal did too. "Its actually you and I, not me and you. I guess, you are still in the idiot crowed as well" "Too Shay, " Chase laughed. "I tagged along with some girl to Aaron Montgomery's party, and ended up ditching her. That's why I was at the party, and that's how I met Carter... I dont even want to take her on a date. To be honest, I dont even know what Aaron looks like.."

"Then how did Carter know a Matthew Scott?" Krystal asked.

"Oh, because there is a Matthew Scott here!" Chase said like it was the most obvious thing ever.

In Krystal's defense, this school had 3000 kids...

"Has anyone ever told you, you are an ass?" Krystal asked.

"Aye babe, I gotta get my rep going somehow..." Chase replied, doing a smirk similar to "her boyfriend's." They were in the lunchroom now and their conversation was coming to a close as the devil himself came over, and pulled Krystal away, as they walked to the lunch room.

"Ew, stripes are not your color..." Asshole Aaron said, as he grabbed a lunch tray, and began the process known as, getting a lunch. Krystal looked down at her black boots, high wasted black jeans, and black and white stripped long sleeve, sweater, before grabbing a tray herself and stood behind him. "Ya know, Jackass isn't a good look for you, either." Aaron smiled, and pulled out a paper out of his pocket, handing it to her.
"What's this??" Krystal asked.
"A menu..." he sarcastically said. Krystal glared at him and took the paper. It was a bridesmaid schedule. "You're the one who became a bridesmaid..."
"What's the photo shoot for?" Krystal asked, grabbing a thing of fries.
"My dad is a rich money maker. Kate loves having the attention on her. They're getting the front page in Marriage Weekly and a two page article. Me being the son, and a groomsmen, I get my picture in the magazine. Yippie. " He sarcastically said, and grabbed a pizza slice. "Since you are my partner for the wedding, you get to be in the photo too...'' Aaron slid his tray down and continued his way through.

Krystal froze. Her? In a magazine? What if Carter sees it? What if her mom sees it? What if they tell Carter's parents? "I'm not hungry..." She said as she left her tray and turned around.
