There was no word to describe Aaron Montgomery. Whenever you heard his name you might think of the girlfriends he's had. Or the smart ass comments he says. Maybe you thought about how he managed to be cool, smart, funny, and athletic, all while being annoying. I guess...the word I'm looking for is...

Popularity.

Everyone knew Aaron Everyone. Even outside of school. His father was a VERY rich billionaire who owned his own cruise ship line. Like I said, everyone knows Aaron Montgomery.

And once again... Popularity at its finest.

So what does this little, rich, brat have to do with me? Well glad you asked. My name is Krystal Smith and I'm an 11th grader Woodstock High School in New York, New York and until this year started I wasn't what you would call "popular." No I wasn't a loser who was assigned a project with Aaron, where we fell in love. God, those stories were cheesy. I wasn't even a loser. I had a good life, I wasn't bullied, I knew like half the class. My life was perfectly fine until HE showed up into my life. After that everything went completely downhill...

******Aaron's POV*****

We can all agree that lectures are horrible. Especially when there's yelling involved. Worst of all, in the morning. I've never really known why but I've always been a morning person. Anyways, so I get up around 8, 8:15ish and I walk into the kitchen to make some bacon and eggs. Usually my butler, Johnson makes my food but his wife just had a baby and he's like family. As I began making some toast to go with it, my dad comes in furious. He got back from his business trip last night and was going on another one soon. Smacking down a newspaper he begins to scream at me.

"Aaron Michael Montgomery! What the hell is wrong with you!?"

Times like these, I feel it's bet to avoid eye contact...

"Johnson called letting me know you stopped by his house yesterday hungover! And seriously you crashed the car, do you know how much money that's going to be?! Oh my gosh when are you going to put your life together! You're 17 years old and so far you're life is going no where. It's bad on me too, Aaron! What you do reflects on me as a parent... When my co workers ask about how you were at that one party or you were arrested for beating the shit out of a kid!! It makes me look like I'm not doing my job as a parent..."

"It's cause you're not," I think to myself as I slide peanut butter onto my toast.

"You're even sleeping and taking an advantage with girls. Sad thing is they're whores so they don't care. How I suppose to trust you moving out of the house one day when you can't even choice a right girl to be with. Or even choose decent friends... God, You're such an idiot!"

I took a bite out of my toast and waited till he finished.

"Please, find someone who is decent enough to take to a business party. You said you would go and I told my co workers you would. Bring someone, you're mother would be proud of not just a whore..."

That one was a stab to the heart.

"Bring someone you're mother would be proud of..."

"You're mother would be proud of..."

"Mother..."

"Mother.."

"Mother."

I looked at him in the eye before replying back.

"You don't know what Mom would appreciate. You don't even know her"

Shots fired.

"Just do something for me this one time..."

"I promise you I won't embarrass you..." I sighed as I walked into my room leaving the bacon and eggs burning on the pan...
