"The Contract"

After kumain ni Sunoo bumalik na sya sa unit ni Jay.

"Sir, nandito napo ako." Sunoo said.

Pinagbuksan naman sya agad.
Pero nakita ni Jay na nag red mata ni Sunoo.
Alam nya kaagad na kagagaling lang iyak nito.

"Are you okay?" Jay asked genuinely.

"Yes, Sir." Sunoo lied to him.

Truthfully, he wants to curse him out for the things he did.

"Ah okay, sge bantayan mo nalang si Simon sa kwarto nya." Jay said.

Pumunta naman agad si Sunoo sa kwarto ni Simon.

"Simon, I'm here. Kuya Sun." Sunoo said.

Simon opened the door for him and Sunoo gets in.

"Anong ginagawa mo Simon?" Sunoo asked.

"Ah kuya Sun, I'm drawing but I'm not yet good." Simon replied.

"Great! I'm good at arts. I can definitely help you." Sunoo said.

"Talaga kuya Sun. Then I have to trouble you to teach me." Simon said.

Tinuruan ni Sunoo paano gumawa nito at pag color.

Ibat-ibang techniques ng pag drawing.

He even showed him his Calligraphy skills.

"Wow, ang ganda kuya Sun." Simon praised Sunoo.

"Char, matutunan mo rin yan balang araw. Just keep on practicing and remember what I told you." Sunoo replied.

"Kasing ganda nyo po ang penmanship nyo." Simon added.

"Bolero kapalang bata ka. Hahahaha" Sunoo said while laughing.

While that happened, Jay on the other side was anxious because of what happened earlier.

He didn't meant to do that to Sunoo.

No, scratch that. He knew what he was doing.

He purposely did that in order for Sunoo to give up.

Pero hindi nya aakalain na iiyak pala si Sunoo.

Kinakain sya nang guilt nya.

Kaya pinuntahan nya sa kwarto ni Simon.

Nakatulala lang sya nakatitig sa kanya dahil meron syang nasaksihan.

"Bolero kapalang bata ka. Hahahaha" Sunoo said while laughing.

Sunoo added "At dahil dyan, may kiss ka sa akin kasi good boy ka."

Kiniss nga talaga ni Sunoo si Simon sa cheeks.

"Thank you po talaga kuya Sun. I hope maging close tayo." Simon said.

"Sure Simon." Sunoo said.

Sa nasaksihan ni Jay.
Kitang kita nya talaga na si Sunoo ay magaling sa bata.

He just closed the door quietly and goes to his room.

"How to be Simon." Jay thought.

Jay is slight jealous how Simon can get a kiss from Sunoo.

Like he's the employer, So Sunoo should kiss him too.

Jay just laughed at himself for thinking those ridiculous thoughts.

He immediately informs his buddies about the baby sitter.

"Hey mga ulol." Jay texted.

"Oh, anong balita. Tangal naba ang amats?" Jake replied.

"May baby sitter na ako hahaha." Jay texted.

"Pare, tinuloy mo talaga plano ni Jake hahahahah." Sunghoon replied.

"Di pare, nag drunk text kasi ako kahapon. Naghanap ng baby sitter and pumunta talaga sya dito. Na observe ko rin naman. He's good with everything especially kids." Jay texted.

"Wow, type mo Jay?" Jake asked.

"No, definitely not. But he's cute ha. Super cute. Mapula labi. Ang cute ng cheeks. Squinted ang eyes at ang bango pa." Jay texted.

"Akin nalang yan Jay. Sge na need ko naman house cleaner. Cute pa naman." Sunghoon pleaded.

Hindi alam ni Jay but nagiging defensive sya.

"No, wtf. Get your own Kim Sunoo. He's mine. Ako nakauna sa kanya." Jay replied.

"Woah woah woah, easy there buddy. Hindi ko naman sya kukunin. Sayong sayo nayang Kim Sunoo mo hahaha" Sunghoon texted.

"Wow, bakuran na agad kahit di type. Meganon master Jay?" Jake replied.

"Ah para kayong timang. Hahaha. But it means one thing right? We can now proceed to our gala!" Jay texted.

"Yes, at-last. We can now go out without you being hysterical." Sunghoon replied.

"Wag kana kumuda Sunghoon. Ikaw naman palagi wasted." Jake texted.

"Hahahahah truth." Jay replied.

Pagkatapos nilang mag text.

Pumunta agad si Jay sa kwarto ni Simon.

"Sunoo? Come here at the living room." Jay said.

Pagka rinig ni Sunoo.

He goes to the living room and saw Jay at the couch sitting while holding some papers.

"Ah Sunoo, before you can start officially. We need to have some rules and conditions."

"Okay po sir." Sunoo replied.

"So the first one would be. No going to my bedroom, In any circumstances. I don't want you meddling my things."

"Number two is, you'll be here exactly at 6 am. Prepare a breakfast for me and Simon.
You'll tend for Simon's request. Including his hygiene."

"Number three is, I may have to ask you to stay here at night specially when I'm out. I simply cannot trust Simon to be here alone. You can sleep with Simon on his bed."

"Number four is, Don't you ever take Simon out without my permission. If Simon wants to go out. You must ask for my permission. (Additional pay will be given outside the unit)

"The last one would be, Our relationship would be none other than professional or business relationship." Jay said all of that.

Na intindihan naman ni Sunoo lahat ng terms and conditions.

"Sunoo, I will pay you 20k for every 15 days.
As I've said in the number 4 (Additional pay will be given if you and Simon would go out)
Jay said.

"Thank you sir Jay." Sunoo smiled at Jay genuinely.

Pagkakita ni Jay sa smile ni Sunoo.
Para syang nabighani.

"Ang cute talaga pota. Ang swerte ko naman." Jay thought.

Pagkatapos ng pirmahan.

Umuwi na si Sunoo sa kanyang unit and nagpahinga.
