There are just a few things you should know, the girl yandere's do HAVE children with Y/N, It was an experiment that Merlin did and it worked. She mixed her DNA with Y/N and had Y/N carry the babies.
So, in a simple explanation think test tube baby but after she got the DNA to mix properly she place it back in Y/N's womb so that the babies then grew naturally.
