DOVE CAMERON is a fucking pogue. honestly she's ran away at this point, she's pretty much an exiled princess. she can absolutely not stand her family, petty sadists who think their wealth accounts as a personality trait. she spends her days on the cut, the poor side of the island, with the rest of the pogues. by previously spending her summers home sitting houses on figure eight, she earned a hefty amount, probably because she was a cameron and they seemed to be entitled to everything, including excessive payments, another thing she deeply despised.
SO WHEN she convinces her four best friends to help her rob her house on figure eight, obviously to obtain the rest of her earnings that were stashed away, definitely not to steal from her manipulative family ( not her finest moment ). she doesn't realise she's started a war between the pogues and kooks. of course the two were already rivals but that feud has increased into a full-fledged war, ( not really, she's dramatic ). too be honest she feels like a modern day helen during the trojan war, and she has no issue choosing her side.
JJ MAYBANK AND JOHN B ROUTLEDGE, the current list of boys that found themselves infatuated with the runaway princess. they had met through kiara, dove's only friend during the time she attended the kook academy. god knows people were tripping over each other to befriend the girl, though the only time you would find her interacting with a kook is if she was drunk off her ass at a party. jj and john b had a tendency to butt heads with the need to play alpha male to impress the cameron girl, the large amounts of testosterone was a fraction of the reason you could often find the girl with kiara at the wreck or studying with pope.
THOUGH WHEN THE GROUP discovers a sunken boat, they don't comprehend that it's the start of the wildest summer they've ever experienced. a love triangle, a treasure hunt, trojan war number two and a dysfunctional family. realistically this will end shitty.
