Chapter-12

Mina's P.O.V

It's been a week since I last saw Chaeyoung. I touched my lips and still can feel the soft touch of her lips. The way her lips kissed mine, the way she can make me fall asleep, her soft stare everything enlightens me but also scares me. I am scared if she chose him over me? I know they have been together now almost for years but the way she makes me feel; I want her mine. Maybe I am being selfish but my foolish heart fell in love again. and this time not willing to let go.

I am now in a cafe, drinking my coffee and thinking about her. It's Friday so I took a break today. Actually, She occupied not only my heart but also my mind. I can't do anything except her. Will she accept me? Can I be with her? If she breaks my heart? Can she be the cure for my pain? Will she be in my side on my sleepless nights?

Then my eyes fell on a very familiar figure. Chaeyoung! She didn't notice me. She went to a table near a window and sat. She was continuously looking at her wristwatch and sometimes spacing out. I want to go in front of her or call her but I stopped myself. Looking at her seems like she is waiting for someone. Let's see for whom she is waiting.

Then I saw a man who went near to her and hugged her from the back. I looked at the person and it's her boyfriend Mingyu. They both smiled brightly at each other and I felt a pang of hurt in my chest. They are talking like couples. I know they are couples but anyways. 

I was drinking my coffee and keep looking at them. But then suddenly saw something that made my heart shatter into pieces. Chaeyoung went to him and hugged him tightly. She doesn't even bother by the glances or whispers of people. They are hugging each other like there is no tomorrow. I felt warm water on my cheeks and wiped my tears harshly. I left my bill on my table and went out of the cafe. 

I went to my car and sat on my driving sit as I grabbed the steering wheel tightly. I felt so angry and hurt. The moment we spend together, the kiss we shared everything was just a fling for her. She chose him over me and I can't do anything. Tears again started falling even my knowing as I started sobbing.

"Why God why? why every time do I have to lose? Why you even made this shitty love?" I mumbled under my breath as I rested my head on the steering wheel; crying like a mess.

 (Time Pass )

Chaeyoung's P.O.V

We had our lunch in the cafe and were about to leave but suddenly a handkerchief drew my attention. A worker was asking nearby tables if they knew about it. Maybe someone leaves it here but it seems so familiar.

"What are you looking, Chae?" Mingyu asked me with confusion.

"Look, there's a worker asking people if they know about it. But the handkerchief is looking so familiar to me. Let me give it a look. Wait here!" I said as I went to the worker and asked her to show me. Damn! It's Mina's Handkerchief. Penguin painted and has her name sew below a pacific blue penguin. Does that mean she was here?

"Umm...I will give it to its owner. I know her. But can you tell me...When she left from here? Have you seen her?" I asked the worker as I put it in my bag.

"Yes! She left nearly 30 mins ago. I came here later to take her bill then found it here."

"Oh! Ok...Thank you. Btw you guys serve the best strawberry crush." I said as she welcomed me then left. Did Mina see us? She never leaves her things especially this handkerchief. I thought will go to her in the evening, dressing well but I have to go to her now. If she misunderstood?

I went to Mingyu and said, "Mingyu...I need to go. Maybe she was here and saw us together."

"Huh? She was here? Do you mean the girl who made you lesbian?"

I rolled my eyes at him as he mouthed 'Mianhae ( Sorry )' 

"Btw what is her name? Chae?"

"Sharon Myoui Mina."

"WTF! The Sharon? Your boss aka owner of the best Sharon brand? Damn! She was my lady crush ."

I rolled my eyes at him and he gulped hard. I know she is perfect and out of my league but still, she chose me. 

"Ok! Then Go after her. But have to tell me everything later. ok?" I nodded and gave him a side hug and left.

I parked my car in front of her house and went closer to her door. I was about to ring the bell but then I noticed the main door is slightly open. Is she ok? Why the door is open?

I silently went inside her house and saw her shoes, the coat was shattered on the floor. I got scared is she fine? Is there anyone else? I gulped hard as I tiptoed to her room.

Her bedroom door is open and she is crying. She was back facing me, looking through her window. I went to her and hugged her from the back.

She shivered but then removed my hands from her waist, wiped her tears, and turned around to face me. She stepped away from me and she crossed her arms on her chest. It felt too hurt when she removed my arms from her.

"Why are you here?" she asked coldly, trying to look at me emotionless but I can clearly see her hurting through her eyes.
