Making a decision

Zoe's hands shook. She lowered her head.

"Your new little boyfriend is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous. Just because I don't like you and don't care about you doesn't mean you can do whatever you want, you love in my hotel, you are fed, you have your own room, and you have my daddy's support so I just figured that things should be fair, right?" Laughed Zoe's half sister.

As Chloe kept rambling on Zoe thought.

How did she know?

Instead of being embarrassed Zoe was dumbfounded, where she and Luka kissed was private... So how did she know?

"Sabrina happened to be there before you guys came, she spied on you the whole time. That worthless girl didn't take a video like I asked! But she did send a photo." Laughed Chloe, she held out her phone showing a picture of Luka and Zoe hugging.

"Now if you behave I won't do anything... but if you disobey me..." Chloe showed a SHARE button, her finger hovering over it as if about to click on it.

Zoe held her breath, fear in her eyes but the fear went away quickly.

"I'm wondering when you become a better person Chloe, you will be much happier." Said Zoe

"I won't. Now hurry up and decide!" Yelled Chloe impatiently.

It was silent for a while. Then Zoe had an idea.

"Alright Chloe..." Zoe said, her head lowered so Chloe wouldn't see her face.

"Good." Huffed Chloe, she left.

Zoe took a shaky breath. She finally looked up and she had a calm face. Zoe went inside her room and shut the door and locked it.

"Chloe, that is not happening." Said Zoe to herself, "Sister I love you but you can't stay like that forever, it worries me."

Zoe started to get ready for the night. She dressed up in her night clothes.

She lay down on her bed and took out her phone.

Marinete, I need to tell you something

Zoe wote, she sent it.

A few minutes later Marinette responded, Is something wrong?

Yes, it's Chloe.

Chloe will always be Chloe, stand up to her, don't let her win.

No, it's worse than what you think.

What is it then?

I'll tell you tomorrow, I am just letting you know a little bit.

Zoe turned off her phone and lay on her bed, she was able to sleep.

Zoe woke up and went to the kitchen asking for breakfast. She didn't want to eat with her family, not when Chloe was there. Zoe took her breakfast back to her room and started to eat, she thought about what she was going to say.

Should I tell her? Do I let Luka know too? Maybe I should tell everyone so it will be harder for Chloe? I don't know...

Zoe kept thinking about it.

She finished her breakfast, Zoe started to get ready, she showered, brushed her teeth and found her purse and beanie and left. She walked to the Couffaine boat.

I get to see Luka again. Zoe thought to herself, she felt really happy and a bit nervous.

Do boyfriends and girlfriends still call each other honey and sweetie? Can I hug as friends if I see him?

Zoe kept thinking about what to do with Luka, and before she knew it, she had arrived. Everyone else has arrived before her.

"Hi Zoe!" Called out the voices of her friends.

"Hello everyone!" Smiled Zoe. She waved at her friends.

She saw Luka in the back playing his guitar. He was smiling at her, Zoe blushed.

Zoe walked towards Marinette who was trying to have a conversation with Adrien.

"Adrien, I need Marinette, just for a bit." Said Zoe.

"Sure." nodded Adrien.

Marinette followed Zoe inside the boat, they went to the living room.

Zoe and Marinette sat down on the couch.

"Marinette." Said Zoe, "About Chloe..."

"I feel bad for you, you live with her and have to see her everyday." Growled Marinette angrily

"Marinette, I love my sister, I know she bullied you and others but I believe in her." Said Zoe.

Marinette's face softened.

"Zoe... you are so sweet, Chloe... she doesn't know how lucky she is to have a sister like you." Said Marinette.

"Well... I also need to tell you something else" Said Zoe, she held Marinette's hands, "I understand if you'll be mad but I really need to tell you. You are a very wise girl Marinette."

"What is it?" Asked Marinette.

"Me and Luka, we are dating. Well... we started dating yesterday" Said Zoe she sweated a little bit.

Marinette smiled instead.

"Really!? I am so happy for you too! Especially Luka, I thought... I thought he still liked me..." Marinette's voice trailed off.

"Don't worry, at least you know now that he likes me." beamed Zoe.

"After we broke up... it... well, Luka was really heartbroken. So Zoe... please give him all your love and don't leave him behind like I did." Said Marinette, she hugged Zoe.

"So that's one problem taken care of... and the other is much worse now." Said Zoe, "Chloe's friend, Sabrina caught me and Luka together and she told me to break up with him."

"No! You are not breaking up!" Angrily said Marinette.

"I thought so too." Said Zoe, "But she has a picture of me and Luka and if we don't break up she'll share the photo with everybody."

"Then... Maybe you should tell our friends, if you feel comfortable." Marinette smiled sadly at Zoe.

"I was planning on just telling her that she can share it with everybody." Said Zoe.

"So you are ready to tell everyone?" Asked Marinette.

"Yes. I have thought about it for a long time yesterday, I know I told Luka that we shouldn't tell anybody just yet but I am now." Said Zoe confidently.

"Let's go then, time to tell our friends." Marinette smiled.
