It's a guy.
It's rare for a guy her age be on this street she has lived here for a long time and never has she ever seen this fugure August knows everyone ok this street and there's no way that guy was only here for a" visit".
"are you sure about this" the guy asks.
For a moment Augusts heart stopped turns out he was on a call with someone.
She could hear the voice over it was clear but yet hard to hear at the same time.
"Just a few more weeks, I gotta let her trust me" the voice sounds familiar.
"what's her name again" the guy asks

"AUGUST HELLOOOO" she could see all three of them waving.

before she could run, she saw that figure in front of her, tall, dark eyes shining in the lights of the street, fuck she was done for.
"huh August? Are you okay?" It was vin.
"you dozed off in the middle of the street wtf are you okay" jay says checking her temperature.

"Let's go your gonna get late" Elliot Interrupts.

They had told lucas to come and pick her up from Augusts house.
Soon enough he was there.

"BYE BYE" jay waves and she gets in the seat that lucas opened for her seems like a date.
