Amnesia - Luffy x reader pt.4

~Y/n pov~

The boy gripped his hair and started panting, tears running down his cheeks.

He was having a panic attack.

The doctor panicked and yelled for someone.

This dude with green hair came in and pulled the other boy out of the room.

I frowned, "Is he okay? I'm so sorry."

The doctor shook his head, "It's not your fault. I'm just glad you woke up.. it seems you have amnesia. Oh, I'm Chopper by the way."

I nodded and listened to Chopper as he told me all about the crew and they all seemed like good friends.

So why did I feel something different when I was around Luffy?

Even though I couldn't remember, it just felt different.

Luffy had come back into the room after he had calmed down.

I had heard that everyone else wanted to see me but Chopper refused them for now as to not overwhelm me and only let Luffy in.

The boy's eyes were red and puffy, a clear sign he had been crying.

I must've caused him such pain.. I feel so bad.

I'd hate it if my friend forgot me. (Yeah, friend...)

"I'm sorry." I mumbled.

Luffy shook his head and then turned to Chopper with teary eyes, "Why doesn't she remember me?"

Chopper sighed and began to explain.

"So she hasn't forgotten me forever?!" Luffy perked up, "Thank god."

He grabbed my hand and pulled me up.

Chopper sighed at Luffy's antics and let him drag me out.

"Where are we going?" I asked him.

"To see the rest of the crew, of course." He grinned and stared at me for a few seconds before looking away.

It was a good thing he looked away because he almost tripped up the stairs.

We made our way up the stairs and I saw two women sat around a table.

One of them was reading a book and the other a newspaper.

They both looked up and stared at us wide-eyed.

"Y/n!" The ginger ran towards me and hugged me tightly.

It took me a few secondly to awkwardly wrap my arms around her as well.

"You're Nami, right?"

She pulled away and frowned, "Yeah... that's right... you don't remember."

The last part was so quiet I could barely hear her.

The other girl stood up from her seat and walked towards me.

She didn't hug me like Nami did, she simply stopped in front of me and smiled.

This must be Robin.

"I'm so glad you're okay."

She told me.

I just nodded, agreeing with her.

Luffy dragged me to see the green haired man.

"Y/n's awake." Luffy grinned.

"I know, I had to drag you out the room." Zoro laughed.
